Obviously, it's her body image problems that's making her see something that's not there.
The next time she says that she's fat and disgusting, reassure her that you love her and her body and that should she lose one ounce, it would break your heart.
Touch her body, stroke her body, love her body.
Tell her how much her body turns you on and you don't want anything to change about it.

Tell her that you hope that you get fat and disgusting like her one day. Then tell her that she just has a distorted image of herself due to psychological reasons, and that other people do not see her that way. You might offer her some books on self esteem too. Check your local library.

give her a picture of something that really is fat and disgusting.... tell her that she looks nothing like it..... then give her a picture of herself that you think is a very beautiful one and tell her something to the effect of " NOW THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!" actually say that as you are handing her the picture but before she sees what it is

Let her know that you like her as a person and as she is. Let her know you want to support her and find out what makes her happy. Let her know that her size is not importatnt to the way you feel about her and that you love her as a person regardless of her size or looks.

well first... i hope she is continuing to recieve counseling. this is very very serious. cannot express enough. second tell her.. what you wrote here.but tell her she has to stop obsessing... becuz that is not attractive. tell her there is so much more to worry about in this world. and that although she is gorgeous.. it is what is inside a persons head and heart that counts... and that you know she is not sooo vain that she has to talk about this ongoing. .

Always tell her she's not, and she's beautiful. That's the right answer for any female down on their weight. :)
