Does a man want to be with a woman who has intelligence, great conversational skills and her own salary, or a woman who doesnt set the world on fire with any of those things? I have found that once a man realizes the woman he is dating isnt dumb and wont put up with crap, he bolts, or acts different. Why are men so easily intimidated by strong, smart women? Does a man want a quiet woman, or someone who can hold their own?

Some can't even be thin, so they start saying "big" is beautiful.

But we men have to be fit and muscular. we have to eat less and exercise alot, all girls have to do is eat less and guys will like them, but they still complain about our expectations from them.

i like my bf alot, but unlike his twin brother, he never calls me! His twin bro is going out with my best friend and they're always so romantic together. my best friend always tells me that my bf's twin bro calls her everyday, like twice a day and my bf never calls. i know we've been going out for only 4 days, and that hes a junior and im just a freshmen, but i want him to do SOMETHING! grrr...any advice?

On Saturday night, my bf (who i was planning to marry) and I got in a huge fight. It was very loud, outside, at the dorms in law school. Someone called campus police. We were separated. The next morning, I went to apologize to him even though it was not just my fault. At any rate, since the fight, my friends have reported me to the Dean, claiming that I have an alcohol problem (we were both drunk at the time). I do not believe this to be true because I rarely drink, I just happened to have too much on Saturday. At any rate, my bf dumped me, and has since said he never wants to talk to me again. 3 of my friends refuse to talk to me. I am completely lost and alone. I am not a bad person. I make good grades, and I have lots of friends outside of law school who love me. How do I get over the fact that my world has fallen apart?

What constitutes a good man? Well, word is that they are usually respectful, don’t push to hard, and also probably didn’t exist back in the prehistoric days where you’d club a woman over the head. After further review, it seems as though nice guys also have a lot of patience. This is usually where things start to get shady for the nice guy. The “Have your cake and eat it too!” factor comes into play. The woman knowingly tramples over Mr. Nice Guy like Simba’s Dad in a wilder beast stampede! Sad. However, the biggest difference between that lion and Mr. Nice Guy is that the nice guy always gets back up, brushes himself off, and tries again, Dedication. You have to admire that in a funny way though. Does the nice guy know when enough is enough? On the other hand, the “Bad Guy” that we all know as “Thugs” usually don’t care what his woman thinks; actually he does the exact opposite of what his female asks of him.

Now that Im 29 when I see 18 year olds, they still have the body of kids & definitely the personality of one...The reason Im asking this is because I recently was given the opportunity for sex with an 18 year old, part of me wants to do it just because, then theres the other side that I think is my better judgement telling me its not right but I would just like to hear from some MATURE people here on what they think of this situation.

Right, ive been going out with this guy for almost a year and 1/2, but the thing is, its an internet relationship. We live so far apart that we never get to see each other. We didnt rush into things, but i really think i love him. Like anyone else we've had up and downs.....but now im starting to believe its not going to work.....is it a good idea to stay with him, and to wait for him, or to dump him and get on with my life? Me and my bf meeted yesterday.I wanted to talk to him 4 more time bt we can't and I got angry upon him.We are facing serious problem about our relationship 4m many past time.We both want to be toghter.I can't live without him.It's just impossible 4 me and I can't concentrate on my studies 2.My CA exams are going to come nxt week,and after that I am totlly free.Today I by mistakely or purpsely call him but he didn't reply 2, he switch off his mobile and switch on it after few seconds again.Does it means he was feeling sorry & wanted to talk to me.I send him an message saying that it was bymistakely & I love him a lot.and promise him that I will never call him and message him again and he will never see me in his life again.I also said sorry 4 my behaviour.Just now only I call him 5-6 times but he ddn't picked up the call.After saying dat I will nver call him I call him.Pls take note that I had always try first to talk. help me please ok i just broke up with my boyfriend and yesterday he kept calling me then he left a message saying if i dont get back together with him he threatened my life and my family and friends life i am so scared b/c last week he said he would fight my neighbor b/c he thought i was cheating on him but my neighbor is my cousin so he ffought him and he keeps his promises and we were together only for 2 yrs and he said if i go to the police he will shoot me! my bus goes by the police station and i saw him there and he has a gun in his hand and he has been by my house all the time he is stalking me and he got into my house and cut the phone line and stole all the phones includeing cell phones in my house! i do not know how he got into my house and i am scared if i get back together with him and i break up with him again i dont know what he will do to me and he is an abusve boyfriend i have bruieses all on my arms and some on my face no where else though uh oh here he comes help me!!

I was in a six year relationship, that was off and on long distance. Togther we had a flawless relationship and we were truely best friends and were very much in love. To make a long story short, every situation that can keep two people apart happened, weve been through pregnancies, him going to jail, deaths in the family you name it...... Well, I found out almost a year after the fact, that right before he was facing jail time, he eloped and married another woman. I have been soooo angry about it that I dont even want to talk to him, and when ever we do speak (shortly because i hang up on him) He tries to tell me that the situation is not at all what I think and he didnt marry her for those reasons. It has been 3 years, I cant move on and get involved with anyone else, because my heart is still with him. He has never let me go, he will find a way to contact me no matter what, even after 3 years. Did he marry her for pity to the judge? Should I talk to him, even though he married her?

I'm finally getting over my ex...I've started dating this guy and we have so much in common..(struggles during child hood, life,etc;..and how we've both have overcome it and have made life better for ourselves..and even more..) He is the most anylatical, philosophical..caring person that I know and he gets me..he'll cook for me and drive 30 mins to my apartment..regardless of the time..he gives the best foot massage when I'm tired and've been on my feet all day (I'm a model)..i'm sure he knows that I have feelings for him...sometimes when I travel and come back I'll tell him that I missed him but in a very sarcastic way (I'm trying to protect myself, my heart)..he'll respond by giving me the biggest bear hug or a gentle kiss..sometimes he says it back.sometimes he doesn't..we joke around a lot..His mom lives out of the country and she recently came to visit;he wanted me to meet her, but I was in NY doing a show and when i got the message, it was too late..he won't say..he likes me.what

I am 25 and my fiance is 25, I have a house and my sister(22) lives in the basement but is never home until very late at night. My fiance lives in an apartment with her sister(23) and is home at 8pm every night. Our places are lease than 15 minutes away from each other. She never wants to come to my place and I am always staying at hers. I am at her place 6 nights a week lately. What do I say to have her stay at my place more?

my boyfreind and i have been together for the better part of 4 years. the only thing that is bad in our relationship is his mother. she is a sweet person and all but when his dad left like 9 years ago, she has never gotten over it. i don't think ihave ever been over to her house with out her talking about her ex husband. ok but that's not the problem the problem is that she controls him, he is 23 and she still does all of his accounting, check book ect... it's fustrating b/c i know she is doing it as a conrtol issue. but he would believe me, i have been trying to find articals on the internet to help me show him that it;s not normal for her to treat him like she does, she is always sitting on his lap, staying up late to make him dinner ( he works 2nd) and the bottom line is its not healthy for eathier of them. please help. any advice won't be great i am feeling a little overwelmed.

im finally with the guy i have wanted to be with for the past year and he treats me sooo good, we talk on the phone everynight for hours, he kisses me passionately and holds me tight, tells me im beautiful...but the problem is im falling for him and im not going to tell him because he told me he was looking for ms. right, and i asked what a girl had to do to be considered ms right. and he said he didnt really know and then he said he would know in a few weeks if someone was ms. right and if it clicked or not...i dont understand i thought it clicked already if he liked me...someone please help i get the feeling im being used one minute and the next i feel like he really wants to be with me
