Singles & Dating - 16 October 2007

I was sitting next to my music teachers class, waiting for him to arrive so that I could practice guitar for an upcoming choir concert. As I was waiting there, one of the choir girls, one of the most stunningly beautiful there, came early, and asked me If I could help her open her locker. I gladly accept, but, as I was opening it I noticed that there was nothing wrong with it.

She thanks me and I make my way back to sit down back near my teachers class. After a while she comes and sits next to me and says, " What was your name again? I can't remember. " I tell her my name, and she introduces herself to me. We strike up a conversation and she asks some very strange questions.

The first wierd thing she asks is if I had a girlfriend, I answered no, and then she asks, " Oh, why not? ". I tell her that I am usualy very buisy which makes it difficult to spend time with someone. Then she says, " Well, I have a bf.. well, not really, he's wierd ". Does she like me? Hard for me to tell.

so about this friend, this is really confusing. For the past month he's been flirting w/ me gradually more and more.
-started w/ kissy faces, more hugs, calling me pet names, conversational emails
Now he goes more out of his way to be around me
-really talks me going into big gatherings he will be at, if he's in a crowd of friends he ditches them to talk to me when i walk by, hugging and starting to rub my back when we talk on a regular basis
He has been a buddy of mine for over a year. He knows I have a boyfriend I am happy with for over 2 years. But he also knows this boyfriend is leaving the country starting next semester for a job and will be gone for a few years.

My first thought is that maybe this friend is just sex deprived and wanted some fun. But it does not make sense if we already have a friendship, that's just such a risk. Could he actually be interested in me in a SERIOUS way? as in "i can't wait for your bf to leave the country and maybe we have a chance" kind of way?!

What are your thoughts?? Not trying to be gross, Just want to hear different peoples different thoughts. My own thoughts are that, it's healthy, it's a way of four play and can be fun with your partner or with yourself lol. There are lots of people out there that think/say it's gross, but I think they've tried it lol. For me personally, I can't use just me hand, For me everything is about texture ( as in food, touch, anything ) And so I don't like the texture. Anyways lol. I messed around with a coworker who has been attracted to me for a long time, but never approached me about it because I am in a relationship. We have already determined that we are just friends with benefits and we messed around once (no sex) and he hasn't been returning my calls. I don't see him at work because he is assigned to another section for a couple of weeks, but I am not understanding why he isn't returning my calls. I have tried texting, email, and leaving a note on his car windsheild, but he hasn't bothered to answer back. I call using my cell phone and my home phone-I get no response. Help!

every time when we're in public it seems like he's extra affectionate. i don't mine him kissing me or him holding me but like practically fondling my breast, or picking me up so that i won't have a choice but to wrap my legs around him because hes so tall (6'5 and i'm 5'4) is like over the line in public don't you think? (This happens when we're in school, High school)
i've told him about it several times, but it's like he forgets, he'll stop for a couple of days then he's like right back to it.

So, there's three guys I like. Shane, Johnny, and Eric. We're going to ignore Johnny (because he's a senior, I'm a freshman. xD), and we're going to ignore Eric due to the fact he has a girlfriend. I think. Anyhow, let's focus on Shane. I don't really want an answer that simply states, "Move on", because I've tried that. ANYHOW. I've liked him since last year, about mid-year, and he basically told me he'd never go out with me. And it wasn't anything random, I did go up and ask him out myself. And then I forgot about it, or at least tried to...but being around Shane to much made it kind've hard to stop liking him. Over the summer, I never really stopped liking him, just kind've...dropped it a bit, because I didn't see him or heck, even talk to him. And now school's up again...and my feelings are back, as strong as ever. This is also probably one of the first guys I don't "obsess" over, meaning nobody really knows I like anyone, aside from my closest friends. Any ideas on how to deal?

I went out with a guy friday night from match, we hit it off big time (seriously) and he called me saturday. I havent heard from him since. He told me last week that his subscription ran out on match but now I find him on it again and I can see that he is still talking to people or looking at them. work. We have tried several times but it can't work. We are too different, we want different things out of life. We can't meet in the middle. I had a great time while it lasted..but it is over. I don't mean to sound selfish but it can't work. I told him we could try to be friends...he said it hurts to much. He calls me at least 2 times a day wanting to talk. Now he wants to do lunch. I am trying to prevent turning into a b----, but I do not know how to handle this situation. I thought I had it under control. I thought it was over. I want it to be over. Any suggestions?

I asked a question last night about guys and it seems as if one has showed up--just like that.
He's someone that I've talked to for a minute, but never really talked to him. Just an acquaintance. I've got to know him a little bit. I found out that we have so much in common. He's supersweet and has the best smile in the world and always makes me laugh.

I want to get to know him more than a friend. He's what I've been looking for. He's a little geeky (I love geeks), a bit taller than me (I love that), and just perfect. The downside: I don't know if he has a girl or not. What if he does? How can I deal with that? And another, he's Hispanic and I'm black. I don't know if into dating black girls.

So when I get to know him a bit more, I want to hit it off and be a couple.

I want it to work out. God's really answered my prayers!

I've become great friends with my ex-bf, who i still love. We agreed to reamin friends when he broke up with me, and also said, "We can try again another time, if you want".It's been awhile since the break up (nearly 6 months) and I've been hoping , wishing and dreaming..just to have one last chance with him. I once told someone i did'nt really know very well about my feelings for him...and then went and told him about it!!!! My other ex-bf (also now a good friend), who i dont have feelings for still likes me...and now he knows this too. Today at school, a day after they found out about where my feelings lie, they gave me some odd looks, and frowns...I'm geussing they're dissapointed in me still likeing him. I'm beginning to become hopeless...but im not giving up on him... hes too much to lose...

ok so here's the story.

ME = super shy & quiet & flat-chested
I hardly talk to anyone. No one ever talks to me! Inside, I'm a nice person. It's just that I'm super shy. I could never get a guy, right...?

Anyways, so there is this one guy. I never noticed him much and we hardly know each other. But one day he slipped me a note saying that he thinks "my body is nice" and wants to know if i want to go out with him.

well, idk, i never had a BF, and i dont have many friends at school. (i have two sort-of close friends) i just started public school, which is why it's like that.

there is this girl ilike, but she had a bad expierence with this guy, he broke up with her twice, told her he wsa cheating and everything, a week later he called her sayin he loves he and wants her back and wont cheat, he sent flowers and told her to call if he still had a chance, she did, then he went to her restaurant were she works with another girl, she broke down and left work. then he called her all kinds of dirty stuff over the phone like dirty c unt wh ore,etc.then he came back asking for another chance, she said its damaged, but he said let him fix it, she said ok. she said she shouldnt love someone like him, what does this meen? after saying she would let him fix things, he never calld back, what do you think will happen? the first time he broke up with her she said she would never talk to him again IF SHE COULD HELP IT. when she met him once she was all over him but wouldnt let him kiss her. and she would test him when he wanted to meet, he would get mad and cus at her.
