i am deployed to kuwait and she is in florida and want to do something real nice instead of buying her the usual coach bag i do for every other occasion. i have already thought about the video saying happy birthday but dont have much going with that either. someone help. i have asked this question before but need some more ideas.

My boyfriend and I have a great relationship except that when he gets angry he says mean and insulting things to me. He tries to convince me that he does not mean the things he says. Im not sure what to believe though.

is 23 a reasonable age to let you kids start dating?
Cuz thats wat my parents r doing to me! they dont even know i actually like a guy @ school, if they found out that i like a guy they would give me some sex ed lecture that i heard already like a bunch of times (serioulsy they showed a sex ed. tape @ school 4 times since 4th grade) I mean they dont even think that at my age i should even be attracted 2 guys. I have liked guys since the 6th grade. i mean dont you think that a 14 year old girl like me could like a guy? Its perfectly normal, i think my parents r just being really strict and protective. but come on 23 years old! thats going a bit overboard. right? or maybe im the one who's going overboard? hmm...wat do u think?

I have been with my bf for 2.5months(i am21,hes24)I am his first GF in 2YRS.I could tell he REALLY liked me in the beginning.he took me to meet his parents and friends and invited me EVERWHERE.About a month ago,he started acting really distant and i started to not see him as much(like 1 time a week).Last weekend,he really opened up to me and told me how his ex cheated on him and how he wants to get his life together,then he goes out drinking all the time.I had a talk withhim on Monday about how I feel like he doesnt care about me now,and how i would like to see him more.he was understanding at first,but then said he wanted space,that hes scared and thinks we are moving too fast!also said that he does really care about me and he isnt going anywhere.He told me he would think about this and call me back.i havent talked to him since,and havent tried calling.I want to give him time to think about this,BUT how much more time should I give him?and why is he acting like this?SHOULD I CALL??

Thanks to all for the reply to my earlier question,lot of people have asked the depth and reason for my closeness to this man,I would just like to say that in situations where loneliness is concerned companionship is required,maybe this is the reason i got close to this man,yes physical intimacy is there but not sexual,since my husband is highly career minded he has no affection or caring for my feelings,he is not against me having friendships with males ,he is open minded,i once discussed with my husband regarding this man,he just told me that i am sensible enough toknow the limits ,and i feel i know my limits and have not crossed yet ,i dont know about the future ,but at present we just enjoy each others company ,now you all can ( specially females ) let me know if i am doing wrong.

I have a boyfriend who lives a hour away from me so we do not get to see eacher that othen. we have only been together for a very very short while, an i am new to this town. i got a job as a bartender so i meet a lot of people. well i meet this one guy and we start talking nothing happen yet all we do is talk ,laugh.an drink together but when we do get togather we can not stop touching ,huging,kissing. so in the short while i have been dating my boyfriend is it still call cheating .?

I broke up w/ my live in bf 2 months ago. He is an ex addict who went through rehab before i met him. Durring the last 6 months of the relationship he has used alittle, drank alot,told lies and became increasing verbally abusive. My sister was mentally ill and comitted suicide years ago and now he says i am acting like her among other really vile stuff. He emails me or calls and gets angry because i wont back down, swears and then hangs up, i am now ignoring him. Should i worry this could get really ugly? He has threatened stuff like taking me to court when i owe and have nothing of his, then emails me he isn't even though he could!! He is really messed up and i just dont know what he is getting out of doing this to me. I want to fire back because im so hurt but wont sink to his level plus i dont want to anger him more. Any advice?? Thx in advance.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and my fiance won't have sex with me. It has been 10 days since the last time we have had sex and he doesn't even touch me. I have tried telling him that i need to know that he still wants me and that i need to feel attractive even tho i have gained some weight because i am pregnant. I have tried putting the moves on him and he just pushes me away. Every day for the last week i have cried myself to sleep because i just don't get it. He also says that we can't have sex the way he used to and that he is bored. I think that is just a lame excuse and there is more that he is not telling me. the longer we go without having sex i feel like he doesn't want me anymore. He doesn;t even cuddle with me anymore either. what do i do...i don't deserve to be treated this way and im so confused...someone please give me some advice

love our g-kids dearly. We provide for them. Our daughter had so many jobs last yr she couldnt remember them all. We pay for bookfares,school pictures,everthing.She never has any $ because she is always between jobs. She is VERY smart. She worked to get her liscense as a ins agent and then dec that was not what she wanted to do.When does it stop? What can we do to make her see that she needs to grow up and provide for her kids? She knows we wont throw her out bcause of the kids, they have had enough instability. She needs to be on medicationshe suffers from depression if not bipolar but we cant make her see that .she thinks we just think she is a terrible mother. Her daughter goes to her dads every other wknd but the youngests dads in jail and has no part of his life. She has his great g-ma keep him EVERY weekend from Friday to Sunday so she can party and then when she does make it home Sunday morn,she sleeps ALL day and doesnt help out or tend to the kids. its neverending..desperate

Me and my ex were together for four months. We were each others first loves. He went on vacation for two weeks and when he came back he told me half of him still loves me but half just wanted to be friends. So I said fine, I just want him to be happy, so we broke up. Even though he said we would be friends he no longer talks or looks at me. It's been two months since we broke up now. We have mutual friends and a class together. It's hard because I will be standing right next to him and it's like I don't exsist. I use to try and talk to him, not about anything big, just nice small talk, but he seemed annoyed that I was doing so. I use to wave, say hello, but nothing. Now I've just started ignoring him back, he obviously wants nothing to do with me but are things always going to be like this?

I have no good friends, have never had any. I've been on one date and things with the girl deteriorated quickly (she had come onto me and really liked me then got to know me a little and didn't anymore). I don't see how things will ever be different. I'm sort of content how things are now, but i just don't know... i want things to change but honestly don't see them changing.

Hi Guys, I am 18 and I would like your input on my disscussion. So feel free (PLEASE) to read it, and give me what you think!

So many of us come home from a long day at work. Then we get on yahoo and complain about young kids these days have no respect. Then we open a question wondering why kids shouldn't ride mopeds on the street.


But come on guys, they're kids! They need a little fun too!
Now I'm not saying that drugs or being disrespectful to adults is a good thing. Not at all.

But what I AM saying, is that half of us think that they are being rude to elders. They don't mean to be,nor does it even cross their mind. If they were asked to, 99% of them would be happy to help a neighbor! They are another species at times. And just because they like independence doesn't mean they are trying to be disrespectful! Not at all!

Ask for help and you got it from most kids these days!

Three years ago, I was diagnosed with lupus. Luckily, it was a really nice lady doctor that I had worked a short time for....who discovered the lupus.

I say "luckily" because I really don't know what I would have done if she hadn't gone that extra mile for me. She even gave me her cell number! Doctors don't do that! lol

I want to buy her a special gift. I know she has the money to buy anything she likes, and I'm not wealthy. But, I would like to get her something nice as a "thank you."

Any ideas?

My ex's son is graduating high school in May and I have NO clue what to get him for a present. My ex and I are great friends and co-parents to our 5 year-old daughter. I talk to my ex's son any time that he calls. He has no clue what he wants, has no computer or internet, and I've never had to buy a graduation gift. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. :)

i am 41/2 months pregnant and my bf is working in another country. i looked at his myspace and he was messaging some girl (who lives where he is working) i asked him and he denied it. almost 2 weeks later i see that he messaged her telling her to ignore any messages from me. not to answer my questions about how they know eachother. and she messages back with her number. he said a guy he works with called her and they all went out. he claims he left early. well i told him i was done. that we were over and he lost it. he claims he didnt do anything with her and he lied so i wouldnt get mad but that he was just chatting. he is now on an oil rig and called me from a phone that is in front of everyone. he was crying and begging me to take him back. i know he loves me. but i dont know what to do? a lil help please!!!
