try using a good water based lubricant that will help a LOT!!
if it still hurts her she might need to be more relaxed.. heard of foreplay? try it.. spend half an hour kissing her giving her massages, going down on her until she cant take it anymore then she will want you and it wont hurt.
If that doesnt work go to the doctor with her maybe something is wrong with her.
or maybe she just doesnt like you much.

Physically you're not too big for her, she may just be a little too tight. I've always heard that a female can take any size, that our vagina's automatically expand to fit you. How you prevent it from hurting all depends on at what point it was painful for her. Was it upon insertion? Try using some lubrication and go slower...don't rush in and don't be rough. If it was while you were in her, pay attn to the angle you're at, or how deep you are, esp if you have a large penis.

perhaps some personal lubricant would help...she may be getting too dry...also take it slow and give her time to relax, if she's tensing up that could also cause her some discomfort

I think you should get 'Her Pleasure' condoms, those are supposed to be better for girls.
also, use lubricant. that may help ease the pain for her.
