i am deployed to kuwait and she is in florida and want to do something real nice instead of buying her the usual coach bag i do for every other occasion. i have already thought about the video saying happy birthday but dont have much going with that either. someone help. i have asked this question before but need some more ideas.

You need to get some people, family & friends, you know in the area to help you throw a surprise party for her from you & play the tape from you at the party. You have a better idea of what she will like than we do.

a few different ideas.
1.make her a music CD with all the songs that remind you of her and your love for her.
2. send her a watch and tell her, for all the time you've been without her, not a single minute goes by that she is not in your thoughts and heart.
3.ship over one of your shirts that you just wore, so she can smell you next to her when she is sleeping, or just needs a pick me up on a bad day.
4. they have a purple rose that is named "angel face: those would be a beautiful gift.

I was in a long distance relationship before and one of the most romantic things my guy did was send me flowers and a video he made of himself telling me what he loved about me. He also sent me money to buy dinner and a movie I've been dying to see. Herented it where he was and we "watched" it together, while talking on the phone. It was so sweet.

I am happy that you asked again. I believe the reason you haven't found the answer you are looking for is because, the answer you need rests upon you. None of us can see into your life. We cant feel what your love is for each other nor what little act of love would have the desired affect on your wife. So, can I help you look to yourself for this thing you seek.
We are going to start at the end and back tract to see what you can do to achieve it. OK?

I would like to suggest that you purchase 2 web cams. Walmart and other large retailers see them starting at 20 dollars and up. One for you and one for her. A video can not compare to the sensation of a live, interactive conversation. In order to have the impact you desire, placement of the cam is critical. Ill explain.
First of all you will both have to load the newest version of Yahoo Messenger into your computers then load the camera software. Follow the messenger instructions for adding each other to your contacts list. If possible, you might have a mutual friend do this for your wife. To position your web cam, start your webcam software and bring up the video window of your live image. place the cam as close to the screen as possible then drag the image window to the edge of your screen as close to the camera as possible and look into the eyes of your image .
When you are connected to your wife, you will place her image next to the cam. This way she will feel you looking into her eyes when you are camming with her. Believe it or not, Looking into each other's eyes while camming will give you both a feeling of being together. Now, look her in the eyes... don't blink, don't look away and type these words...
Hi (Pumpkin, Sweetheart, Honey) You are even more beautiful than I remembered. Can you see it in my eyes... see the love that I have for you? Can you feel how desperately I miss touching you... the softness of your hair, the scent of your body, the spark that jumps between us just as our lips touch.
