Separated 3 years-no desire to go back, but spouse brings girlfriend to my house to pick up our child. He breaks dates w/ our child to take her and her kids places ( I made him pick up our child before he picks her up--so it's "backtracking" for him. Also he has paid nothing for 3 years. My atty says sue for half of everything and show no mercy because it's my right. I make more $--so, is this vengeful? Or should I make a clean break and ask for nothing.

With about half of all marriages ending in divorce, is it worth the expense just for the girl to have her big day?

My husband told me that he wanted a divorce about one month ago. He told me he didn't want me to live with him anymore so I moved in with my parents. At first I took it really hard and even became depressed. I'm feeling pretty good now, but he's suddenly started coming back around and telling me he wants to work things out. I've somewhat moved on and i even have interest in someone else that i know would treat me better. i know , uh oh, adultry! no im not with him, but i know i would eventually like to be. at the same time i still love my hubby but he didn't treat me good. im afraid of regretting going through with the divorce if i do. im just very confused.everyone else tells me that my hubby is not good for me, but it makes me sad to divorce him bc i still do care about him. he is going nowhere in life and i dont see that changing anytime soon. any suggestions?

You have a serious problem. You cannot resist logging on, tuning out, and searching for something outside of yourself to meet some need, living a fantasy where women and young girls spread for you over and over again. You do this every day, often several times each day, while rejecting the love of your real, flesh and blood wife.

Be very careful how you respond to being confronted with your behavior. If you lie or decry the invasion of your privacy, you will lose what little credibility you have left with me. Your behavior has placed our marriage, our well-being, and your career in serious peril. Before you deny any of this, consider that all you needed to do was stop. Instead, you have been willing to place your marriage and your future in jeopardy on a daily basis.

I am worthy of 100% of the love, affection, attention, time, energy, and passions of the heart that are yours to share. Can you renew your promise to me, and keep it forever? Choose now. Choose forever.

My husband's ex wife hacked into our personal and business e-mails. She is trying to use the information in those e-mails to black mail us into paying her more child support. Is hacking into a persons e-mail illegal? What are the penalties for doing it? Is the information obtained admissable in court? Thanks

I found out earlier today that my daughter "Little Angel" here which by the way is not her name, was posting these bizarre and freaky questions on here. Let me tell you that I sincerely apologize for this behavior, because absolutely none of her question/stories on here are true. She has been raised in a religious household but nothing of the sort that she makes it out to be on here. I think ever since her mom died she has had these "motherly instincts" magnified but I had no idea she thought like this. Yes, our family believes the man is to be head of the household, but not like she portrays it to be as some kind of master/slave type relationship. I do not exactly know why she thinks like that and neither the polygamy thing which was really shocking to me. It seems some of this stuff she said to get a laugh but the humor to me is pretty disgusting. I apologize for this garbage and to anyone who sincerely answered her questions. By the way, how do you delete these questions?

They are always saying " You wouldn't buy a car before test driving it, would you?"

People who wait for marriage are very strong people. In this day and age where everybody is doing it. It is hard to be strong and wait. They are giving something so special to their husband/wife. Sex is so special that is should only be done with your spouse. It is really not needed before marriage.
I was a virgin bride at the age of 28. To me I wouldn't have sex before marriage because I was given up for adoption at birth and I will not be like my "whore" birthmom. She was very dumb and fell for a guy who told her that if she love him she would have sex with him. Such a stuiped woman!!! At 22 she should have known better.
I vowed never to be like her. So I waited. When I told my husband on our 2nd date that ( I was 25 at the time) that I was a virgin & I was saving my self for marriage. He was shocked at first ( I don't know why) and then he was honored to be dating a woman who was

Sex is an important part of me and my wife's life. It really is a time for us to come together and enjoy each other in the midst of our busy lives. I don't have a problem with quantity of sex but rather quality of sex. What I mean is, that quite frequently my wife "passes gas" during sex. This significantly dimishes the quality of our sex life and our relationship as a whole. Is this enough to consider divorcing my wife over. I mean if I'm not happy and she is not happy, why should this relationship go on. She thinks I'm being "nick picky" and I think she is being gross. Needless to say, this marriage is getting rocky. What should I do?

My husband is a mechanic and doesn't wear his wedding ring at work. I totally understand. However, many times he forgets to put his wedding ring back on after he gets off from work. Do you have any suggestions/advice and how he can remember more often? It seems like 2-3 times a week he forgets and I have to remind him. He has said that there is no hidden meaning when he does foget. I'm starting to resent him when he does forget. We've only been married for 10 months and this has been a constant battle. Any suggestion/advice would be appreciated.

I have a friend who recently divorced her husband (which was coming all along anyway) and moved closer to her family. She reconnected (after 4 years) with her pre-marital ex-boyfriend (who cheated on her and had a baby outside of their relationship) and has been talking to him every since. She claims that the relationship is strictly platonic but admits that she has feelings for him still. As many men do he claims that he has changed and learned a hard lesson after their break up. Well anyway I informed her that it would probably not be a good idea to get involved in another relationship right now until she's healed from her recent divorce and all of the issues that she dealt with prior to marriage. I also told her that her ex is an ex for a reason and though the chemistry probably is there between them, it's probably not a good idea to revisit that relationship. I kind of feel bad because I know she likes him a lot. What should I do and furthermore tell her?

I filed for a divorce, so I am legally seperated. I am with another guy now. We had a child together. However because I was married at the time of my delivery, my child got my soon to be ex-husbands last name. My ex-husband asked for a DNA Test for child support reasons. The DNA came back that the EX is NOT the Father! But here I am stuck. Since he is not the father and I am with the childs father, how do I go about getting her last name changed to her biological fathers last name? Do I just have to go to the Health Dept in the county she was born and give it to Vital Records and get a new birth certificate? Go before an attourney? Please help me.
