So the big questions are - can cyber sex be considered cheating?
Is it actually adultery and what should you do if you suspect your
spouse is having an online affair? How close is a cyber-affair to a
real affair? And how easy is it to cross that line?

I woud like a male point of view as my husband won't discuss it, and seems to think its perfectly find. Why would a male be content to go this long without sex?

My son decided he wanted to try living with his father. It has really broken me apart, especially since I have raised him since he was 3 and his father has never been active in his life. He has now been gone for 1.5 years and it still hasn't gotten any easier. Here is the problem, I am still supporting him with clothing, money, daily talks, and soon to be a car. I feel bad because his father is not giving him any of this and even though he chose to live with his father, I feel I should be giving him those things so he doesn't go without. My friends and family say I should not do this or he will never understand the consequences of his actions, but I don't want to know that I have a child out there that is neglected in any way. Everyone knows his father wanted him to live with him to get out of child support and that if I just stand my ground and give him tough love that he will be back. Keep in mind that my son does not ask for these things. What should I do?

I started suspecting something was going on with my wife a few months back because of the things she was doing with her cell phone. I looked thru her phone several times and notice this guy Jose she is always talking to but these calls are never when im around. I notice in the history on the cpu she has been here on yahoo answers under the name Gatita de Jose. I searched all the questions and answers she responded to and in the answers confesses to be in love with another man (Jose). One of her questions was Why am I in love with another womans husband. I went ballistic when i saw this she was stll at work so i did what i felt was right and left the house because i felt I would have hurt her physically if i stayed. She claims she was just messing around seeing what kind of response she would get, but im no fool, U dont write things like that unless u have thought of them or they are true. With that being said i still love her and want to forgive her but im still so hurt. What to do?

I've been looking around online and other places, and I can't find a hard fact that says how many of couples will eventually divorce. It doesn't have to be "divorcing in under ten years," just... how many break up ever. I don't just want "I heard that most couples divorce." Anyone have a reliable source that would help me?

How would you feel is someone asked your husband why he didn't use a bodybag for protection and his answer to the question was, "I don't like the way it feels, ask Lynn" which is an ex-girlfriend? How would any of you women feel if your husband answered a question like this and said ask his ex-girlfriend? This happened to me the other night. I've been w.my husband for 10yrs now, was at a funeral home the other night& some1 asked my husband how many of the children were his, and he said all 5 of them(his ex was there w/step daughter) and the other person asked didn't he know what protection was and this was his answer! my names not Lynn! It made me so angery, he grabbed me after saying it and I just threw my hand back & popped him one & walked off & left. I'm not going to stand there & argue w/him or any1 else about it, but he didn't have to say that, he could have said something else, but it hurts and it's stilling hurting as I type this out. But what would any of you do?

I need to know which forms are required for a legal seperation and forms for a divorce in California. I think I have the basics covered, but I cannot afford an attorney or even a paralegal for assistance. My husband and I have been married for 5 years, 7 months and three weeks. We have four children, one from his previous relationship, two from my previous marriage and one daughter together age 22 months, also I am about 5 weeks pregnant with our second child. I am the bread winner in the marriage and I want to also file a request to deny any spousal/alimony support to my husband. PLEASE HELP ME, I AM ON A FIXED INCOME OF 26,000 SALARY PER YEAR.
