She claims that since I contribute no income and have a gambling problem that the account is off limits to me.
I think she's being a control freak but she keeps bringing up my gambling and drug problems. I say isn't a marriage about sharing? but she throws the whole "spending the rent on booze & prostitutes" incident back in my face, & that was like 8 months ago!
So, is it reasonable for me to steal her credit cards that she keeps in her moms house?

Why is it when you are going through a divorce as a result of your husband having an affair people are sympathetic and supportive. Then as soon as the divorce is final and you try and establish some sort of relationship with your ex for your kids sake people start looking at you as the bitter ex wife? People assume you are still trying to control his life when all you want to do is make sure your kids are okay. It is so frustrating and unfair!

What is the right amount of contact with your ex? I contact my ex only when I have to discuss things about our kids. But some weeks that can be often if there are things going on in school, sports, etc. Should I even worry about it and just focus on my children? How do you deal with your ex?

I married a girl from Cambodia in 1997 and brought her over to USA. When she came she had absoultly nothing. I filed and got a divorced in 1998 she NEVER showed up at any of the court dates, she did nothing at all. So when the judge gave me the divoced she left "DIVISSON OF MATERIAL PROPERTY OPEN" At that time i had really not much at all, Now I am doing pretty good.i was told this could be open any time. Is been almost 10 years. IS there any thing to worry about? Hypertically IF she did do someting would/could she win? And what could I do to fight back? Again i had little assets in 1997 and she came in the marriage with nothing. thanks

my ex is married again and i get on great with his wife they have 2 great kids together who visit us often, they have been together for 15 years and married last July, well my son came over a few days ago and told me that he saw his dad kissing a girl in his car (passionately), my son adores his stepmum and the fact that his own father not ony ruined our lives, but he's about to ruin hers too, he wants to tell her, but he does not want her hurt, he and his dad have never got on since he was little, (this is not a revenge pact) his dad was violent towards him, my son never forgot it, so he distanced himself, thats another reason why i divorced him, anyway he is so hurt because his step mum is lovely and does not deserve this, should he tell her or at least warn her that her cheating husbands at it again, or should he just leave it at that? my ex wont hit him again, because now my son is much older and knows that he can stand up to him, shoud he tell her or not, he's so upset about this

At the time I was employed as a truck driver my husband and I had a verbal agreement as to the division of our assets which were 100% paid for. He sent our two children on the road with me and gave a bogus address for my summons to be sent, I had not even retained an attorney yet. Anyhow he of course was awarded all of the marital assets and child support to boot. The court date was during the time I was gone with our children yet when they ask if he knew how to contact me he told everyone he did not even know where I was. I need to know if anyone can tell me if they know of anyway I can get the judgement reviewed. I'd appreciate any information I can get.

long story short. I found out my husband have known this girl since she was 16 she is now 18. He said he know her from the neighborhood his cousin live, o;k I really trusted my husband, and I thought o:k why do she have your cell #.Then at that point I went blank. Hi i am 35 years old and i have a problem, i got married 10 yrs back and also have a kid who is 8 yrs old. 8 yrs back my wife met with an accident and injured her spine and since then she is bed ridden. My Husband and i have have been married 26 years and together for 29 we have been having problems for about 5 years we dont have sex often maybe once every 2 or 3 months we dont hardly talk we dont go out anywhere and our children that were keeping us together are all out on their own and i was hoping that when this happened that things would get better with us but its now worst because now we sleep in seperate bedrooms and i am totally bored with our life and have thought about leaving him and starting over and my depression is really bad i also have a pain pill addiction that no one knows anything about that i want to get help with but he keeps to himself alot and i want to tell him that all this problems we have is not helping me get the help that i know i need and that i need to have his support to help myself but when i try talking to him about our problem he does not talk to me he just shuts up so that is why i cant tell him my problem i know this is my problem and not his.
