my boyfriend is always asking me to marry him. the catch is he only ask when he has done something he knows he shouldn't have and i get upset with him.
how do i get him to decide if he really wants to get married the day he ask and is for real i am not going to believe him.

If this guy isn't willing to commit to you except when he is in "trouble" then what makes you think he will ever truly commit?? He is just a user and you need to tell him it is time to step up and be a man or you will be moving on. It sounds to me like he is just playing you, if you give this ultimatum and he balks or gets mad then he definitely is not ready for a truly committed relationship. By the way if you are living together and he is getting everything he wants out of you why should he make the final commitment he has it all.......

I think you need to have a talk with your boyfriend. Let him know about his actions & if he really want to get married then I would ask him to set a date.
