i let my kids move in with thier dad 2 yrs ago...im just finding out now that he is getting drunk daily and that there is daily fighting between him and his girlfriend....they dont want to go back to his house and they have asked me to go to court to get them back...they are scared to go back because their father is going to find out soon that i have filed to get them back...and he is going to be livid with them and they are scared......is there anything i can do to get them out of their dads house immediately? please help

I would really like to hear from you guys out there! My boyfriend says he is in love with me and he wants to spend the rest of his life with me but when I bring up getting engaged, he says he is not ready for that commitement. I want to hear answers from a guy's point of view. I would not mind hearing from the girls as long as you don't tell me to get knocked up or something ridiculous like that. I don't want to MAKE him marry me.

I posted this question a couple of days ago but still require more help?We have been happily married for 6 years ,we have 2 young children.Because of the children we decided to have a code word if we wanted to have some adult fun,the code word was "washing machine".Last night in bed i snuggled close to my wife and whispered "washing machine" into her ear,she said not tonight so i turned my back on her(as all men do) in a huff,but 5 mins later she must have felt bad cause of all my huffing and puffing and whispered "washing machine" into my ear.I turned round to face her and said "its ok dear it was a small load and i done it by hand".....she hasn't spoken to me since.What did i do wrong and why is she upset ?

I was recently married to a man I have been madly in love with for 5 years. It was a dream come true. We had a dream wedding and and even more incredible honeymoon. One week after returning from our honeymoon, I found out that he has been having all kinds of sex with my then 15 and now 16 year old daughter. My daughter had been severly depressesd and I had her in counseling.
I am divorcing him and he is being prosecuted criminally.
My relationship with my daughter is damaged and I had her move in with her Father.
I am having a very difficult time dealing with this devestation. I want to have my daughter back at some time but I am hurting way too much. I feel so betrayed my this man I was totally in love with. I feel so much pain and wonder if I will ever be able to fall in love or have someone fall in love with me again.
Has anyone ever gone thru something like this that might have any insight or thoughts? (I sure hope not)

My husband had to pee and instead of waiting to get home or at least till we could get to a gas station when we were at a stop light ran out of the car and went on a public side walk! OUr home was only 10 minutes away, He says that he absolutly could not wait any longer. I find this disgusting am I wrong??

My sister marriage is tearing apart. I love her so much but her husband is being very nasty because she has had 5 daughters without a male child and the guy wants a male child. My husband and I always fight. I try to communicate, but he doesn't let me get a word in edgewise. Sometimes I think I love him, but I just don't think I can live with him anymore. I have to be a perfect wife type. I cook, clean, pay bills, run errands, run after a two year old, and work full time. He works full time too, but just comes home and lays on the couch.

I am still very much in love with her, we had alot of problems. She moved to London, was living in my flat, would not get a job or help with housework. I admit I have not been easy to live with of late, lots of personal/work stress, so I would often take out my frustration on her. I have also been drinking heavily and had a bad temper and could get suicidle, but i never hit her,only cowards do that. My job (I am a Chef) didn't give a **** when i asked for a little time to get over the pain, so they fired me. But I am seeking another one, life goes on and I've had 2 weeks of hell. We had so many plans, refurbished the flat and bought furniture/decor together.am really heartbroken and depressed. I would have done any thing for her. I still have a good relationship with her dad and brother who are very pissed off with her for doing this, but she will not email me or answer the phone. Before she left she said we needed some time apart and she was going to the states anyway later on.

My soon to be ex-husband, came over the other day at 2:30 in the morning claiming he wanted to see our children for visitation. They are 4 and 1. I know he was looking to have sex with me and using the kids as an excuse. I told him the children were not here, they were at my mom's cause I had to be up for work in 2 an 1/2 hours. I would not let him in the house, and he accused me of having a new man over at the house. I told him that no one was there, and he said I was hiding something. He pushed the door open on me & searched the house. Finding nothing. I told him to leave & he said he would be back Sun. He never came for our boys on Sun. & said he was busy when I called to ask him were he was, and when is picking up the boys. He uses to boys to get to me, but forgets about things when it really comes to our sons. The boys don't seem important to him, unless it is convient for him to see me. Other wise he doesn't act like a father should. What should I do?

i need everyone to pray for me through this time im going to leave this man of 29 yrs i dont know what will happen to me at a shelter im the one that got spit on and beer thrown all over me last night i feel that if i get out they will keep me in a shelter and i wont ever have a home again we are renting so i cant sell the house i just worry about what will happen to me i got to leave and will in due time i got to get a plan as one of my anwers told to me to do i love a home and at my age 56 i feel that i will be stuck in the shelter for ever if anyone knows what they do to you at the shelter to help with a home please tell me i cant live with all those people forever im a private person and i need a home someone pray for me please and tell me what they will do for me to help im afraid they will turn my life upside down again like it is now and what do they do to help with a divorce? i have a car and furniture and im also raising 2 gr kids and they dont wont to go 14 and 16

Let's say you cheated on your wife. She found out, but you want to make your marriage work. If your wife demands you call the other woman and tell her it's over, would you? Or would you tell your wife that you don't need to do that to prove anything to her..your word should be good enough?

To top that off, would you expect your wife to have sex with you a month after learning of the affair(s)? Especially UNPROTECTED??
