I am a new supervisor of cleaning teams. How do I get the very most of my worker's? I know respect goes along way along with a compliment for a job well done.

I'm in love with my best friend. We have known each other for seventeen years. Recently, we have discussed marriage, however, she has three children from a previous marriage and doesn't want anymore. I am 37 years old, and don't have any of my own. I am also my father's only son. We have excellent chemistry, get along very well, and really love each other. I am positive that we would be happy together. She doesn't want any more children due to complications with her previous pregnacies and because of her age (40). I love children and would love to have one of my own. Also, since I am the only son, I would like to carry on my fathers' name. I feel that I must choose between the love of my life or experiencing the joy of having your own child. What should I do?

I don't know what to do I'm a stay at home mom. We just moved and my husband has a couple of friends, I don't. He never takes me out it's been almost a year. His excuse is that we don't have the money,I told him if he wouldn't buy that 30 pac of beer everyweek ,we'd have the extra money but, no he won't have that.
So I'm still here upset, sad, and lonely. There have been a couple of times he's gone out and stayed out late without me, and I'm left at home alone with the kids. I know where he's at, at the time but just the fact that hes out late drinking and enjoying himself with what he likes to do upsets me. There is just so much more to this story of my boring life it seems .. Need some advice if any , thanks!

an example:
there's a happy married couple.
the girl cannot bear children.
the guy does not care.
the girl crys whenever a person brings up the topic.
what would YOU tell the girl to comfort her if you were the guy?
girls, you can write it too if you have a good idea.

Hi and welcome and the question is does any 1 parent have the divine right to stop another from seeing their children without taking into account the childrens feelings. As once a child reaches the age of around 12 years old the courts can and do listen to them and the child can decide if they want to visit and even if they want to live with the absent parent.
Unfortanatley too many times the children are used as weapons and are caught between battling parents but this should never be the case and as long as the absent parent does not pose a threat or a risk of any kind then the child should be allowed to decide for themselves. In most cases the english courts side with the mother until the children can speak up for themselves but is this always the correct decision? As inbetween contact periods and court hearings the children can often be manipulated into whatever the parent that they reside with wants

This is a harsh world at best so shouldn't any child have the support and love of both their natural parents and any other siblingsin order to help them survive in it.

in my expereience the reasons that children often don't voice their opinions are they don't want to hurt the feelings of either parent they are afraid of being stopped from seeing the absent parent afraid of being the cause of any arguments and afraid that no one will listen any way.To me this seems a lot of pressure to put upon any child and often results in very unhappy children and loss of contact with their natural parents.

This is a sad world and break ups happen but never the lessthe end result doesn't have to be a sad 1 and all children could be with both parents although independently .

This is only my opinion whats yours

I would like a man's opinion since I'm thinking of buying one for my bf and me. In your opinion, is it worth having? What was your experience? How would you rate it? Where do you set it up? Over the bed or in a door way? Which is better? Would you be freaked out if you came home one day and your gf had one set up and ready? Would it catch you off guard?

for instance i have a friend who is suppossed to be seperated and she says that her husband sold their home that they purchased during the marriage and bought another home. she says that she was not consulted on this sale & purchase. Also she says that her name is on the deed to the new home and that the reason he could do that was that they are still technically married. i was just wondering if this was possible to add a spouses name to a deed for a house that they had nothing to do with during a seperation.
