No I have not, but my husband has and it's heartbreaking. I still think about the trust that has been broken. Unfortunately, when the betrayed one finds out, they don't just stop loving you, so it's not easy to walk away. What the cheater need to worry about is the after effects; the spouse growing out of love because of the pain you caused them. IT's not easy, but hey that's life. In my opinion, I would say leave and then do what you want. NEVER cheat on the person, because you are really cheating yourself. Trust is everything!!

Never cheated and I'm very young and attractive... But I married my husband for a purpose of serving him and him only... I will never cheat on my husband... I would never give another man the satisfaction to even know that they slept with a soldiers wife....
But good luck to all you cheaters and know that KARMA is real... And some people wonder why they just can't seem to be happy or why there always getting hurt by the people they truly like... However, I don't think this question applies so... I'm done..
Peace and good luck.................................

Yes, many years ago. I spent years in self-loathing and fear because of it. It was one of the most stupid things I have ever done. My only excuse was that I was young, just back from Vietnam with major issues, and my wife wasn't too happy with the husband who returned to her. We grew apart. While I was gone she became self-reliant. Didn't need me as much. And it was hard trying to fit back in. So, the bottle and a fling resulted. I spent years in fear that my wife would find out. And when she did she was devastated by it, (or so I thought). Actually she had been having a long term (30 years) affair with her doctor. Now they're married. All that guilt all those years! If you're gonna cheat be prepared for dire consequences. Some would say I got what I deserved in spades! You know, I probably did.

Yes, I have, before we were married, when we were going through a tough time, and i had basically told him it was over, but told him we would talk about it after the weekend. I left and ended up sleeping with a friend of mine, never intending to stay with/get back together with my (now) husband. In my mind we were over, in his we were still together, so technically it was cheating, but we were both able to get over it, and work on some of the issues (him being jealous, overprotective), and get over it. Now we've been happily married for 2, 1/2 years.

Cheating is for selfish cowards. I made a commitment to my wife and I'm man enough to live upto it.
15 years and still going strong.
