A child isn't some knickknack that can be traded or passed from person to person. He has custody. He doesn't have ANY right to sublet custody to anybody. His ex wife has no legal standing, no matter what he signed. As long as you have legal custody, it means that IF he can't have the child, you can have her with you. Get to the court that awarded custody ASAP. A sexual crime arrest WILL be a matter of interest to that court.
