If you are divorced, you cannot receive any benefits. For military benefits, you would have to have to have been married at least 18 years. You have no case.

you are not entitled to any benefits if you are no longer married and he is still living. if you are his first wife, you are entitled to part of his SS if he has died.

Go to gov websight and look at ssi..social security. I think it is 10 years for that.
