i personally think any 1 receiving child support should have to be show the courts what they are spending the money on especially if they are asking for an increase i pay 800.00 i hear this cliche thats not enough money to support 1 child but when is enough a enough in my onpnion there will never be enough but like i said there should be accountability on what the money is being spent on cuz lord knows majority of women dont use it for whats its designed for and for the simple fact i dont agree that cuz i make more money i have to foot a larger part of the expenses i think it should be split equally based on his expenses meaning if it cost 1000 a month to raise a child i pay 500 u pay 500 but there is no way i should becoming off 600 to your measly 400 keep in mind i dont mind if u disagree but please do so respectfully

Ok,My problem is that i am falling in love with a guy,who is my husbands friend.I keep on thinking about him all the time which i know i shouldn't ,but i dont know why i am not able to stop it.
Now that i am married i should not think about other guy but it just happens. When i close my eyes i see his face,i remember his smile, his eyes and all his sweet things.I tried to concentrate on other things but nothing works out.My husband loves me a lot but its just that he kinda behaves different at times which i dont like.
But i dont wanna leave my husband as i have one kid too and that i think it's my responsibility not to leave my husband just beacuse i have fallen in love with this guy.I think if i do this, it will spoil my child's life,i dont think i will be a setting a good example for him.
But still i cannot stop thinking about him,so i have decided to keep my love in my heart somewhere deep inside and just go on with my life. But do u think at some point of time i should tell him?

(my husband works, we have 4 kids, he keeps the only car, taking it to work his 10-14 hrs/day-5 days/week, we live paycheck to paycheck, kids just qualified for reduced lunches at school, there is no public transportation)----should i be concerned that my husbands just gives his mother $50-100 each month for shopping before i even have a chance to pay the bills? the last two months, i have had to skip a car payment just to offset his generousity. she calls crying to him each month that they are broke, living on my father-in-laws disability and retirement. i have more than enough wisdom to know that the woman does not know how to budget money and goes to the malls to shop for junk she doesn't need, just an impulse of hers. and he has never borrowed money from them, so its not like he owes them money compensation. i have respect for them, but think he shouldn't just give her so much money. i don't get to shop at the malls and my kids have to wear thrift store and walmart clothes.

Is that why sex slows down so much after marriage? Do you get a "recharge" of more sex when you want to have a baby?

I don't understand this... I have 3 friends who all have married their spouses within a year after meeting them and then are devistated when their marriage doesn't last. I try so hard to be sympathetic to their needs and I do truly feel sad for their situation, but I can't say that it shouldn't be expected. I feel this is why the divorce rate is so high in America. They marry young and they marry fast after meeting. Like I said, right now I have 3 friends that are greiving... how can I be sensitive to their needs as well as being honest with how I feel about how they went about it? All three friendships are very important to me.

My partner and I are due to marry, we have 3 kids. The 1st isn't biologically his but he has brought her up. Her real Dad didn't want to be involved and therefore is not on her birth certificate, nor does he have parental responsibilty. We can easily change the 2 youngest surname after marriage but as she isn't his biologically I can't just re- register her like I can the other 2. Does anyone know how I can give her the same surname as the rest of us, legally?

Ok...i will try to explain it as easy as I can...My husband and I have a rocky relationship....He believes it has everything to do with me....(hes an Angel and I'm the devil) I was told when I was 17 that I was Bi-polar...I went on meds and everything...I just got back from the doctor...guess what i'm not crazy...The stituation I'm in just brings the worse out in me....
Now how should I let my husband know that it isn't just me...he has alot to do with it...The doctor said everything he has done to me in the past ( hitting , drinking) just comes out when I see him, my anger overrides me...I want him to go to the couples meetings but I know he will get angry at me if it doesn't go his way...So how do I approach him on this....Letting him know It not just me and he needs to get help to or I will have to go on my own...( wish my marriage would work but worse case I will leave.) Any advice....

My friend is ABSOLUTELY BROKE and her husband says that if she wants the divorce she will have to get it herself.

My question is -are there forms that one can fill out without having the expense of a layer? Ive also heard that filing a legal separation doesnt cost anything and will result in divorce after a year or so?

i have been married for 3 years, my relationship with my hubby had been like a roller coaster, lots of fights, he is frm australia, me frm india. i had to leave my country, family after marriage. he lived with his family( parents, brothers and their wives). our thinking was very different, he expected me to be like women 100 yrs back in india.i m a very modern, educated woman, i could not change myself that drastically. i always thought of divorce. we moved out, it was relief but still we were fighting. when i got pregnant, he was angry with me coz i was sick all the time, wasnt good looking anymore, could not have sex and so on. i had cesarean, he never helped me at home, i used to cry with pain and he just watched tv or slept. last year we went to india, he said we'll start new and asked me to forget everything. he is THE BEST now. i m surprised and want to know his psycology. why this change?is it temporary?pls dont joke, its my life.

I just got married to a man who was younger than me on Aug. 5, 2006. He knew my father was very ill with a rare form of Muscle disease and my husband and I made agreement that we would stay with my parent until my dad passed on. We were having a good time and do what we can do. love my husband and I took care of all he need and do whatever I could. on septmber 10, I was sick from a low blood count and was weak. My husband walked out of the door on me and my parents were very upset about it. It turned out that my husband called his dad to come and get him and that he told lies about numberous of things. his sister was picturing me as I was a whore and the reason why he married me was because I was pregant and then I had miscarriaged, but I wasn't pregant due I was on depo provera shot. My family sent me to my grandparent to recovery from this heartache. Now, I think he lie to people to order to get people's attention on him or something. everyone told me it wasn't my fault, but his.

Can you people please give me more info on annulments. I have been married since April. We live in California, but got married in Las Vegas, Nevada. I love her so much and is soo painful for me to even think about this, but if I want to be happy in life I honestly think it won't be with her. I am 27 and she is 20. Yes, you can tell me thats my first mistake, but its to late to go back and change things.... How long can I wait to get an annulment instead of going through a divorce. And how do I go about getting it done. Does it cost money? Any info on annulments would be very helpful!!

How long were you together before you got married? (Someone here mentioned that a person can keep up a false front for about 2 years, and after that it gets difficult.)
