I am 36 yrsold and live in Texas. My dad never paid child support when I was growing up. There were 3 kids he was supposed to pay for and he never paid hardly anything. when my mom would find him and get his wages garnished he would find another job or work for cash. When I turned 18 I beleive he owed about 30-40 thousand. I have heard that I have the right to sue him for my part of that....does anyone know about this or how I would go about it??

Your mom (an alcoholic) is cheating on your dad after 15 years of marriage. She gets you in the middle of it by pretending he is coming over to teach you lessons on a musical instrument, while your dad is at work. After a couple of lessons, you are no longer getting lessons, but the guy keeps coming over and your mom and he disappear, start going out together, with one another while dad works. Then dad figures out what's going on . Fighting starts between your parents, but mom keeps the affair going and then walks out of the marriage and leaves . 2 months later, your best friend writes you a letter that says your mom and her dad (not the guy she was cheating with) were together at her house. 2 months later, your mom moves in with your best friends dad, and tells you to keep it a secret from your dad. But this only creates problems between you and your dad (by lying to him). Then your dad finds out what's going on and feels your mom is trying to influence you. How do you feel?

My husband of 10 years, whom I know for a fact is faithful to me, seems like all he wants to do here lately is work. We are well off financially, we have a 3 year old boy, and he needs his daddy around more often. I have explained to him that I miss seeing him and that our son is going to grow up fast and he is going to regret not spending more time with us. We used to do things all the time before our son was born, but now I have to beg him to ( go out, go on vacation, etc.) All he wants to do when he comes home is crash on the couch in front of the TV. Plus he snaps at me alot. I am worried that he is losing interest in me. I even almost had an affair because another man was showing me much needed attention. (Thank God that never happened) but I feel so lonely sometimes.

They have been friends for over a year, and he has been honest with me about their friendship. He has always told me when they talked, or wrote emails. Recently her husband caught her cheating with another man. They are workig things out, and she has given up her friendships with all men in her life. I talked about how her affair made me uncomfortable, and asked that he tell me if they talk again. He says that since that day, they haven't
said a word.I know for a fact though that she has still been calling him from her work number, and emailing him. When I asked him if they still talk, he says no. When I try and give him an "open door" to tell me she called, he deines ever talking to her. It's a flat out lie. I was certain from the begining that this was just a friendship. Am I wrong?

No I'm not a virgin. Iv'e been married twice, he is not either. "This is just something we were discussing last night it's not an issue between us". I said that if I were a man I wouldn't want a virgin. He said he would prefer to have a virgin if it was possible. I would not want a virgin for a husband. Now I know that I am a christian and I know this is not christ like; but thats really how I feel. So go ahead and call me a hipocrit we all have faults. How do the biggest majority of you feel? "Would you want to marry someone who would be thinking that you were the only one they had been with". Please be honest.

If you know they'll be suspicious and jealous otherwise. Like say you got a new haircut so you can look professional at college--a place he already feels emotional about? So you say you did it for a job interview instead, as if the smaller reason wasn't "good enough." Dumb huh. But I've heard of people, otherwise reasonably intelligent people, doing that. Okay, not okay, somewhere in between?

Why is it that it takes two poeple to make a baby but the woman has exclusive rights to decide whether she carries it to birth or decides to abort it? What should happen if the father wants the child and the mother doesn't? What should happen if the mother wants the child but the father doesn't? Food for thought...

Do I have to get a lawyer? Can I do this without a lawyer? My wife is from Mexico and I just found out that she is cheating on me. I am afraid that she is going to go back to mexico and take the kids with her. How do I get a restraining order? Would this help?

(I am writing this for an employee of mine who does not speak english. Thanks!)
