We have two children ages 5, and 3. He is always out with friends, drinking til all hours of the night. Monday night he plays horseshoes, then goes to a local club and drinks usually til 12:00am, tues. he has football and has to travel an hour to get to practice does not get home til 11:00, thurs. he has football again. friday he plays poker and stays out till whenever he feels like coming home. saturday he has football games. when he is home he plays the PS2 for hours and watches war movies. Does this sound like a man that wants a family? but when I try to talk to him he tells me there is nothing wrong with that that he does not do all that much. I have a hairsalon that I run at my home everyday, I also take care of the home and my kids all day long, then I am also expeected to have the house completely spotless and his dinner on the table when he is ready to eat. He works an 8 hr job everyday then proceeds with everything he does. I ask again does this man want a family???

What is one thing that your wife/partner has done for you, that you were surprised she could or would do? It can be non-sexual or sexual.

They have been married for >25 years, and for most of my life, they seem to be on and off again. The arguments are becoming extremely derogitory, unfair and might excalate to violence. Worst of all, I unfortunately see some of my father's traits in me, and it tears me apart!

There was alot of things about him and his life (baggage) that I didn't know and really had no way to find out.
I dated him for a year before we got married and the marriage lasted 2 years.
But I still feel like I never really got to know the "real" him...

do americans do it differently than canadians. We thinks passionate sex is wild.. it's making love that is more tender and gentle.. but the passionate is definitely wild

Why is it when you like someone, and you'd like to go with them, and they know this, but they really aren't ready to date (recent divorce) and they've told you this, that they still flirt with you? (say that really fast) *breath*

Don't they know that sends out mixed signals to the one that likes them? It's confusing to me, that's for sure. Any thoughts?

We've been (happily) married for less than 2 months and I can't bring myself to tell him about these dreams I've been having. They'll make him sad. I find them disturbing.

About two years ago, I applied for a marriage license with someone who I thought I was going to marry but never did. I can not find this license and believe it expired. Now I am ready to tie the knot with someone else and just want to make sure that I don't need to do any additional paperwork.

My husband is an alcoholic. I am horribly, desperately depressed and feel like I need some sort of outside emotional support. I do not believe that alcohlism is a disease, but I know that AA preaches that concept. If I were to attend Alanon, would it still be beneficial for me or will I just leave there pi**sed off?

I am currently married but in the process of getting a divorce. We already have a 2 year old and my wife is pregnant. She is determined to put the baby up for adoption. I have made some mistakes in my life and in the past have used drugs. I have changed my life but she says she will use my past against me. I have a very supportive family financially and physically. I love my daughter and could not handle giving up our baby. What do I need to do to be sure that my daughter will not be given up for adoption? Although I would like to keep her and raise her myself, I also have other family members that are willing to adopt her if it comes to that.

My ex wife has scheduled my 4 year old daughter to attend preschool during my visitation with her. I only see her one day a week and now she is scheduled to attend school for 4 hours of that time. If I was to take her, I would have to drive her 45 minutes to the school from my home and then 45 minutes to bring her home again. She attends the school during the rest of the week. I don't believe she can legally schedule activities for my daughter and expect me to bring her to them during my time. Monday is my only day off from work, so switching days is not an option. Mom freaking out about this. Your suggests are appreciated.

this man has been living in my basement for 5 months and i had no idea. when i say living, he has a furnished room..
i came home early from work last week and caught them in the act. when i told him to go home, he went downstairs. i followed him to find that the storage room had become a bedroom. i went to confront my wife and she had already left (i haven't seen her since).

in order to get him out of the house i have to evict him...according to the police.
i am so upset right now. since my wife left, i have no one to help with the bills.. should i just charge him rent so i can make ends meet? he doesn't have anywhere to go.
