Yes, that can be true if you dispose of the corpse right. A good way to do it is to line your floor or table with plastic wrap, get some sharp tools, cut the body into small pieces, and dispose of the body in the garbage disposal. Buy a new heavy duty one that takes care of bones if you don't think your current garbage disposal can handle all the work. Good luck to you friend, I had problems like that with my wife too, but I took care of her.

There could be a crime but if there is no body of evidence it would take a while to prove or disprove that the crime was ever commited. But if something took place, there will always be evidence even though there is no body. You can't hide it for long, it will eventually reveal itself even 20 plus yrs after the fact.

Not true anymore. They can convict on extenuating circumstances meaning that if they have concrete evidence, witnesses, weapon, motive, details, etc., but no body due to it being destroyed or completely lost or such, you could go to jail for a long time. A body combined with the above makes a case easier.

Watch CSI or Law and order youwill see that there is ALWAYS a crime and no body. Hell it could be a victimless crime and still be BAD

no it isn't no body just means it's harder to prove u can be convicted souly on circumstantial evidence,and w/ the forensic tech, they have now u would never get away with it.
