Marriage & Divorce - 1 September 2006

In Florida (specifically Orange County), if the non-custodial parent only has the child for maybe 4 months out of the year, when the child is visiting the non-custodial parent, does the custodial parent have to pay child support for the month (or however long) the child is visiting?

And where can I find this information in writing?

to a certain extent, do you think it could be that women know that they wont be around very long and you might not want to buy them a ring if you dont feel satisfied sexually by them? and once you are married they feel this isnt a risk anymore?

She says that it is due to stress and it is just an outlet for her with no emotional attachment, it seems to me that is a line some guys use. I have never been hurt like this before and I don't believe her when she says she won't do it anymore. She was with 4 different guys over a weekend and then after confessing it to me and we were working it out, she went back and had sex with one and almost with another. If she hadn't gotten upset with the guy for not kissing her on the mouth. WHAT SHOULD I DO. I am getting therapy for her but OMG, I am going crazy !!!!

MY company just went under and i have been out of work for six weeks now. I worked there for 11 yrs and managed to put a small chunck of savings away. My husband is petty and resentfull that he is working 2 part time jobs to pay all his child supports (3) to other women from his past and his small car loan...that takes all his pay. I pay every single bill in this house right down to the toilet paper. It's just me and him and one of his sons ocationally, but i supply everything and now he is resentfull because i took some time off...i have NEVER been out of work my whole life..i am 35 with no kids, but with one huge baby..is he right in his way of thinking and being resentfull that i get to stay home and take a break from working..p.s. My work ethic has always been A+++

We are currrently living with my husband's parents and seem to be having problems. We have a 4-month old boy and as you read the title have not done anything. No privacy nothing! Always seems to be about making his family -mom, dad, nieces, and nephews happy and then me. Of course he is very caring and loving but now-we are married and have been for 8 months and sex -maybe 2 times since we have been married. It bothers me as each day I work and have a long drive to and from work, then stress b/c I have school as well and little time to see my son. My husband doesn't feel that this is much of an issue-but he should think twice. I just feel that it's the same thing each day-come home at his parents house, set my stuff down, kiss and give my husband a hug, hold baby for 10 - 15 minutes-dinner time, interuptions from other people living in the house,....It completely doesn't phase him & now that I bring this up-he says that we can go somewhere with baby. -Again no privacy for just us

She is manipulative and lies constantly, anything to get her way. He's a good person & father who has been constantly trampled on by her. She cannot communicate with him without starting an argument. What advise can you give me to help him through all of this and deal with her?
