She says that it is due to stress and it is just an outlet for her with no emotional attachment, it seems to me that is a line some guys use. I have never been hurt like this before and I don't believe her when she says she won't do it anymore. She was with 4 different guys over a weekend and then after confessing it to me and we were working it out, she went back and had sex with one and almost with another. If she hadn't gotten upset with the guy for not kissing her on the mouth. WHAT SHOULD I DO. I am getting therapy for her but OMG, I am going crazy !!!!

There is no excuse for cheating. What she did. is doing is wrong. I wouldn't stay with her if I were you. You deserve better.

Stress is NOT an answer. If she was stressed she would be too stressed to be screwing around. And like the saying does, do it once, they will do it again. And 4 different guys in one weekend. Where in the hell is she finding these men?? The best thing to do is to let her go b/c you deserve someone that will come to you when they are stressed instead of another man. You will figure out that down the road. If you stick with her, it's likely to happen again.

Wow. I know stress can do crazy things to a person, but unfortunately I feel as though it was just and excuse for her to do what she has been wanting to do. Has extremely stressful things just occurred in her life? Were they different than the stress in yours? The fact that she went back for a second round tells me that she might be trying to get something from someone else that she feels you don't give her. I'm not saying you are doing anything wrong or not giving her what she needs. She may not even know what it is she needs and the stress just pushed her to find anything. Even if that anything is momentary pleasure followed with pain. I wish you the best and try to always keep your heart open as well as your eyes.

It is a cheap cop out that not just guys but girls also use. She probabally doesn't know how to tell you that maybe it is over and that she is bored. And you keep on forgiving her once ok twice hmmm 3 times she is out she has had way to many "balls" please excuse the pun. 3 strikes she should be out i am sure if it was changed around she would of kicked you out the door faster then you could say Sorry. You should be the one in therapy for this it should be her for sleeping with 4 guys in one weekend can you say disease dirty......

Stress is absolutely no excuse, people eat a lot when stressed or go shopping. Not sleep around. They say once a cheater always a cheater, I don't necessarily believe that , but I do believe that she'll continue to cheat on you because you forgive her. She has no respect from you and might think you have no spine due to you forgiving her. It's almost like you allowed it to happen. Good luck

Sweetie, first of all-stop blaming yourself. Cheating is never about the spouse. She has issues. Once you break away from this drama, you'll see the signs that were clearly there before you married her, but chose to ignore. You're a saint for wanting to pay for therapy, but make sure you're getting her the therapy for her to deal with whatever she's dealing with-not for you, not for you to forgive her, not to stop sleeping around so you can get back to the marriage you had. Promiscuity is often a sign of mental health problems, she should be checked out and you have to decide if she's worth the pain she's causing you. It doesn't really matter if she doesn't want to do it anymore, she needs to find out why she did it in the first place, and stress is not a real reason.
Are you ready to forgive? It can never be forgotten, but are you ready for years of working on fixing your marriage? If you can not forgive then you need to move on, if you can never trust her again you need to move on or you two will be miserable.

Honestly dude, don't be a push over forgiving for one fling sure, two maybe if you aren't givin her what she needs but 3and 4 she is playing you for a fool. If you love her that much then yes continue with therapy, and try to make time for you both, do things that you have never done before. and see where it takes you. but by no means keep allowing her to play you for a fool. this is coming from a woman whom has had more lies told to her than there are grains of sand on a beach. good luck.

She has a huge problem and so do you! There is no way this marriage will work unless she explores why she is having extramarital affairs--and stress is not the answer! Give her an ultimatum---therapy or bust! She is not only unfaithful, but jeopardizing your life w/HIV around! She may need to go to Sex Addict Anonymous--she needs accountability too--she can not trust herself and neither should you!

Regardless of her "reasons", trust me if she did it once she'll do it again. RUN dude RUN, as far and as fast as you can. Their will be one out there that you can trust. At least that's what women will tell ya. Or if your that stuck on her, follow her tradition and go get some of your own. When she freaks out just tell her it's due to stress from the whole situation. Maybe you can work it out by having an open relationship...at least until you both contract every conceivable disease on the planet.
