My situation is the same and my support was not reduced. But it may be different in each state. Call your local cout system or get online with the court system in your state and check it out.

If he isnt married to her then I dont see how this will affect your child support maybe a little but not by very much and in California it does to make a difference I have afamily member who has to pay ct ordered support he has one child w/ one woman and two w/ his sig other and yes his order of support for his first child was modified but not by very much i would think that unless he is in arrears and his income has changed since the support order then if its modified it shouldnt go down very much as I said unless he loses sig. amount of income. Also he would have to get his attorney to file a motion to modify the child support order and he has to have a good reason and even then its still up to the judge.

I don't know what the laws are in Nevada. If he is paying court ordered support, he will need to take you back to court to try to get it reduced.

In California, makes no difference. Not sure why it would in Nevada. Has he considered a method of birth control, or maybe another hobby?

I wouldn't think it would change at all. Child support is normally based on income, they don't care what other expenses he has.

It shouldn't. In Colorado, first in time is first in line.
