Go your county court website fill all the necessary paperwork pay and have him served and be done with it. No attorneys needed. It will run you $400 or so.

if u re a citizen in ur country?why fear?go out there and just do it!get a job,get up in ur 2 feet, and get ur relatives to help u,its terrifying and more difficult once u re in a foreigner country though, then, there's where things may turn harder, approach the family court, and fill up form, and from there on,u Will be called along with ur husband for counselling and others issues,to be resolved, before the divorce is finally finalised, and be prepared to spend some money each time u fill up forms, and have to attend court hearing,

First of all you need a good job ASAP unless he is rich and you can spend $10 grand for a lawyer to go to court....thats what it costs. I was ripped off in my divorce so I know cuz i couldnt go to court and still spent 2 grand and X only has 3 pymts left. Thank God I have a good new husband!!!

It is your best bet to go to an attorney in your state. The laws are different in each state. Have you told him that you what a divorce? At least be honest with him. And there is nothing quite about a divorce.

I'm just wondering why can't you just talk it out, explain to him about your inner suffering?

There must be something wrong, why he doesnt want to play with you?

In the first place, did you piss him off, that resulted you to think of divorce?

Was the divorce decision your last choice? I belief you still love him right?
