This comes down to just how much you want your job. Its basically your word against theirs that it ever happened and its your job on the line if you cant prove a thing. True, its wrong morally and in the employment eyes, but since they are both adults, there really isnt much you can do. Now if this girl was forced into it and the possibility that there may be others who might be willing to testify against this guy, you may be able to file sexual harassment charges, but youll have to get these woman to tell all, and if any are married, it probably wont happen so youll just have to put this into the company closet and forget it unless he holds this against you. Its just too bad his wife doesnt know about her husbands extra activities.

I would just pass it off. First of all if you like your job, and the pay is satisfactory, and your boss treats you nice; I would say you have a "lifetime" job if you desire it. I think it will be the secretary that will be more prone to not eye contact with you..

The same thing happened to me when I was working with this LAB firm picking up specimens. I didn't walk in on them I just came through the back door and the nurse had him pinned up aganist the wall. "just heavy petting & kisses". Both was lost for words, I said "don't let me stop you". They did not know which room to run to next, like nothing had happened...Rody

Ask for a raise, but be prepared that he may fire you. He might deny everything. Too bad no one else saw.

Here's what I would do. I would do nothing. But........I would remember. It's like having an Ace in your back pocket.

If you didn't do anything right away it is too late now. Next time make sure you have your camera phone.

Or at least go get another witness.

Man you have three choices.
1) you could report this to upper management
2) Do nothing
3) use this for blackmail material

It all depends on what type of person you are.

You could always say you were looking for your glasses as you had lost a contact.
