my wife left me so she could do mary kay on her own. i never seen it coming, it really hurt. befor she left though i found out that she had been telling customers that i was abusing her. i find it really trubling as we have been maried 23 years and she just walked off, no words no nothing. she even left her cloths. i never phisacly hert her. and i now we had arguments exct. mainly over her never spending time with me as all she would do is MK????

MK is notorious for getting wives to dump their "unsupportive" spouses. Unsupportive in MK lingo is anyone who doesn't let their wives rack up thousands of $ on credit cards for inventory they'll never sell, or doesnt walk around like a moron with a dumb smile on their face while their wife gets them deeper into debt.

not the MK I know....My sister sells MK, and I got into it for a while, but eventually decided that it wasn't for me (too much of a tomboy, and not a very social person)....I'm not sure about your relationship or why she felt abused....you really should get to the bottom of that....but If that is what she is being taught to do, then her Unit Director is leading her in the WRONG direction....that is NOT what Mary Kay Ash taught or believed. Yes, you use your life experiences but MK's philosophy was (is) Faith, Family, Career.....IN THAT ORDER....there are some much deeper issues here. Has her feeling "abused" or negleced or anything like that ever come up in your arguements or conversations before?.....I have a few more thoughts on this (would make this wayyy to long)...if you are interested, e-mail me, and I will be glad to share them.

No, I have never been taught anything like that. Actually, the little training I have had never mentioned using my personal life at all. It was about using the products and liking them. That's it. Sorry to say, but it sounds like she was unhappy for whatever reason and was using MK as an out. Sorry things are not going well for you right now. I hope they begin to look up in the near future.

she left because you need some adult literacy lessons. Plus if you believed the MK story then obviously youve got some other issues needing attention. Good luck with life alterations.

No MK doesn't. We are trained to think positive, be positive, supportive, and leave any negative issues at the door.
