Have any of you out there who are currently married ever wish you weren't married? This has nothing to do with whether your happily married or not or how long you've been married.....just a random question as to whether there were times you wish you weren't married. If yes, why? When were those times? I predict the answers will be different for guys or girls.

We were engaged but then decided she wasn't ready to commit. I asked her for the ring back but she said what was I going to do with it...She said she would pay me the money that I spent on them, it's the least she could do...

To me, it's not about the money, it's about I gave her my heart and my soul, and she didn't want that so why would she want to hang on to a ring that shouldn't mean anything to her?

i have a husband he just wants me to do all his work in terms taking care of his needs, clothes, food and his kids but he wont even look at me and smile once also when he is at home though he see me once in a week? And he does not have sex with me at all it is been two and a half years being together in one house he dont want to look at me even?

Yes! I consider myself to be good-looking (this isn't an insecurity issue), but can't deny that my husband is better looking. Usually guys don't get hit on that much.... he DOES even when we are out together. Let's face it. we live in a society with an extreme focus on women's appearance and having a trophy wife is a key tenet in the materialistic values that we abide by. Without making any more generalizations and sounding too vague, my question is:
what do I do? I should be wary, right? Is the woman supposed to be the more attractive one?


btw- I don't fear that my husband will leave me and we love eachother alot. I'm hoping to NOT get alot of the cliche 'love is blind', 'you love each other for inner worth' answers.

My husband works a lot of hours, we had our fifth baby five months ago and the poor guy hasn't gotten any for at least 6 months. (Mainly because I'm afraid to get pregnant again. Very furtile). So my husband had a vasectomy recently. But after ten years, things get boring, how do I spice things up? I'm really lost for ideas.

i cheated on my husband in febuary.itold him about it, ya he was mad but we were going to work it out.although i was the one who cheated,i feel as though he gave me every reason to. he was staying out all night and then the night we had plans to do something he'd eather break them,leave me with his buddys girlfriend,or we would just stay home all night.we never go out the 2 of us. we have been married for almost 9 years.we have 2 wonderful children together and i dont want to hurt them.but he still hasn't changed.i think that i'm ok looking so i dont see why hed be ashamed to be seen with me. is it time to wake up and realize that it is over? what would you do?

what causes a normal 27 year old guy to go limp? he said he never had that problem before and than something about me being married and he couldn't do it cause he still loves me, is that even possible? or is this just b.s. because he was embarassed he couldn't perform? please only serious answers. thanks much.

Not literally, but figuratively. I married a man like my father and know my mom is not that happy with dad yet stays. I'm not sure I can. Things have got to change I don't want to be unhappy for the rest of my life. I am only 36, hubby is 45 (worlds apart maybe) yet we have lasted 9 years.

I've been married a little over a year. I'm 19 years old and have been having sex for about 3 years with one and only guy--my husband. I have not had an orgasim and not the pleasure i think should get out of sex. I had my son almost 11 months ago, but never experienced much before that. Okay so I broke with my girl we were together for about 9 months this girl has a 1 month old baby from somebody else and has cheated on me with the babys daddy and she always makes it seem like I am at fault for everything I couldnt take it so I broke up with her so now she is calling me at work and telling me that if I leave her she is going to come to my job and just go all crazy I am not scared about her actions but I dont want to loose my job well I dont know what to do!

I recently found out that my wife has kissed a freind of hers at work a few times, I don't know how to take it. He gave me some money while we were dating. I tried to pay him back, but he would not take the money. Now he is taking me to court. We never discussed any payment arrangements and he would not take any money from me while we were dating. I have to go to court.... what should I do.. Does he have a valid lawsuit... He only gave me $1,000.00.

My point is when I tried to give him some money back... he said "don't worry about it" . It was only after we had broken up.. and not spoken in months that he is trying to get it back.. We never spoke of it as a loan. He said he just wanted to help me out.

I have met a man much older than me that has 2 grown children by a previous marriage. I have none. He does not want anymore and we are talking about marriage. I then started to think back, when my mother told me she was pregnant with me, my father did not want anymore children (I have 1 brother) My mom said my father was furious and was very difficult. Dad did admit to this. But in my dads last years of his life he had kidney failure, and was on dialysis for 3 years. I was the one that held his hand and took him to his treatments (my mother was ill), I was the one who bought his Ensure that he had to have daily. I would bring him his dinner and sat it in his lap, while he was sitting weak in his dialysis chair. And when my beloved father took his last breaths in the hospital, my brother was not there, but I was there, holding his hand till the end. How can I make my finance think about this. That maybe having another child might not be such a bad idea. I just want one.
