About 5 1/2 years ago I agreed to 50/50 physical custody and joint legal custody of our son. Prior to that, I had full physical. I always worried his father was motivated for 50/50 to avoid paying support. After years of battle...and years of being made out to be the bad guy, my son spoke up and asked to live with me (and my fiance). I filed for full custody and after 4 months of therapy, taking parenting without conflict and really doing about anything I thought might help it was decided by the therapist and court evaluator that 50/50 was NOT in his best interest and they agreed he should live with me. Now I was told by his father he could not afford child support and would relinquish legal rights. I was 100% against this at first, but realize it's really the best option of those presented to me. I am hoping there are people with similar situations that could help shed some light and maybe give a little heads up on what I may be in store for. Thanks.

I've been married for five months to a man I've been with for six years and just found out he's still keeping in contact with women from his past, and he's gone into detail exactly what he wants from them. He knows that I found out about it ! should I go ahead with those divorce papers!

My x-husband has custody of my son and ever since 2 weeks ago he got a girlfriend and now is keeping me from seeing my son. Also his girlfriend is calling and harassing me and talking crap to me. They are also talking about me to my son saying rude things about me. They are making things up that they said my son has said but has not!!!

Him and his wife married for 6 years and have a child together. They were excellent couples. After the child, they do not happy each other. His wife wants to stay at home with her child but he does not afford. Therefore, she is not talking to him. She is very ignorant and stupid but she always try's to act like a SMART bad *** but she sounds like a complete fool, for example my husband told her "to pull her head out of her *** and start doing what is in their daughter's best intrest instead of always trying to piss us off and hurting their daughter in the process."
And she said "Maybe you should get your wife's pussy out of your dick" and then he hung up on her because it was obvious we weren't getting any where with her. I know how to piss her off by using my husband to rattle her cage but I am bored with that. I want to make her miserable! Nothing Illegle Please.

Have you ever heard of road crusing? DORs? If not, your not the wife of a snake hunter. My husband love to drive around until like 3-4 in the morning looking for snakes (dead of alive) on the road. He doesn't have a freaking cell phone so I'm up all night hoping a rattler or crazy driver didn't kill him. I'm sick of having snakes in my house--we currently only have 8 but half of them are having babies soon. I made him put them out in the garage but most of them died. 3 of them have gotten loose in the house, i've found 2, my daughter 1. I HATE SNAKES!!!!!!!!!!!! I told him he could have them back in the house because he love it, it's his hobby but if one ever got out again they are history. How can I get him to focus more on me and the kids and less on snakes. In the summer he goes down 6 hours south just to look for the stupid things and leave me and the kids for days at a time. I'm fed up and have told him repeatedly. I dont want him to stop completly but enough is enough!

Everyone who tells me to leave my serial cheater boyfriend is right. I am trying to reconcile with him, but my heart aint in it and I told him. I think he's using me for $$$ too. But how long before things typically turn sour and I can use it as an excuse to JET!!!

He knows I'll leave again. I want him to f*** up so I can go. And I have a funny feeling, he does too. We just feel guilty without trying "one more time".

My boyfriend tells me this story that his third child is not his but wife cheated on him and had achild from somebody else during marriage but hi still stayed with her for the sake of marriage. I find it hard to believe cuz I would never stay in that situation. What is your opinions on that matter.

We have a loving completely commited relationship, we are completely intertwined and i would do anything to see her smile and feel her arms around me. We both know that we are ment to be, and the thought that she will never be my wife or the legal mother of our children or recognised as my family if i am ever in hospital breaks my heart. I have been trying to get my husband to wake up in the day, but it never works. He ONLY wakes up when his friend comes over for lunchat 1:00 in the afternoon or if he has somewhere he wants to go. I never get to do anything for myself unless I take our 3 children with me, and that is hard, especially in the heat. my ac is out in the car, so I cannot get the new baby out until after sundown.

He says he loves me, he just enjoys his lifestyle as it is, in the mean time I am miserable.

do you have an idea of how I could change this? it truley has been happening for 4 years now, and he only works part time hours.
