You must know her a lot, if not, observe her, and what she likes a lot is what you should buy her, if clothes and shoes, check in the closet the right size and the style, women are always grateful that husbands know our taste and our size. Jewerly if is not something you use to give her. And... flowers in the morning and celebrate at night going out for dinner. You can give her the gift during the dinner, dependig the gift, or at the night when you come back home, when she wont be expecting any gift. Never think to give her a gift to improve something. Make her to feel pleased, like if the what you celebrate is the aniversary of years of hapiness.

Some nice, expensive perfume. Perhaps a new purse, or a gift card to her favorite clothing store, or going to a nice romantic dinner at a semi-expensive restaurant then a movie. You could always rent some movies, and go buy popcorn and candy bars and just you two have a relaxing night at home. A nice set of jewerly, perhaps a necklace or nice earrings or a set that matches. I'm going to have to agree with the person who said a weekend away. Somewhere romantic... Get the hotel room with a hot tub right there in the room. Do something fun or adventurous in the daytime, then enjoy the hot tub at night time. Romantic.

You should rent a limo, take her out on the town and to a nice dinner. Once you get home have a romantic comedy waiting for the two of you to snuggle and watch.
