she has tried everything she can to get him in trouble.she has the kids convienced he is driving 250 miles to make them miserable.they wont talk to him anymore,not even on fathers day.he is sick now and he has to take chemo this new threat of getting locked up because of her accusing him of stalking her.has put a strain on him because sometimes in this country you are guilty until proven inocent.i have never met anyone so cruel in my life.what can he do to help prove his where abouts,will gas receipts help.he can not work right now so he doesn't have co workers.they might not believe me and my son.is there a law against what she is doing.false accusations or something.

I'm in the process of divorce and I own 2 properties before marriage. The one where we lived (12yrs ago) was the 2nd home and I bought it like 9 month before marriage. She is not in title on any of this properties. Is she intitle to get part of the equity or more of the home value? This divorce is mainly for the benefits of money, She asked for the divorce.

Iam an Indian working singapore as IT Engg.I was married in 2001 and my wife is very shy she never expresses anything openly.but i loved her & immed after marriage she became pregnant and she went to her moms'house &i also joined her.When i saw my wife's sister i found she was like my dream girl.she possessed all qualites what i have in my dreams as wife.so i started loving her very much and she too loved me.but for which i never hated my wife ,i did everything to my wife and i was good to her too.i took her to all places.but my wife's sister after she got married told me that she never loved me at all but only acted for her sister's sake that my wife was facing some problems due to my sisters.this was real shock to me,becoz i loved her so much.so now i hate everyone and i want to leave my wife also and divorce her and now she also came to know that i loved her sister.but still she is not giving divorce she says she loves me very much.i feel she says only for money how to divorce

I have been married for 4 years to a man who is 10 years younger that me. Sex was good in the beginning and has gotten less and less over the years. It is down to mabey if I am lucky once a month. I still need to finish high school and university....and I think my parents are only staying together because they want to see me safe and smart, to put it lightly.
I practically never see them hugging, let alone kissing. They argue frequently, and well...I'm just not sure anymore.
Any advice?
What do you think?



p.s. I know this may sound liek a selfish question because I'm sayign that they're staying together becayse of me but then again I know my parents hold me in high esteem and love me a lot so I might be the reason...

i am engaged. i have 3 kids boy14, girl12, boy8. he has 3 also boy13, girl7, boy5. their mom moved 500 miles away 7 months ago they have only had phone contact. i consider them my kids even though they treat me with very little respect. i have been under the belief that they would improve when they see i am commited to their dad and them and am not going anywhere no matter how bad the behavior is, this is now being tested because i dont want a story fabricated by a hurt and confused little girl to gain sympathy from her mom to cost me my own children. my fiance knew from the moment his ex relayed the tale, that i had not hurt her, i have refused to even spank her even though he has encouraged me to do so when necessarry.

see i still dont have my licence i am 25 years old and it has been very difficult to get help out of hubby he wont even let me go up and try, it makes me feel like a little kid adn controlled i want to at least be able to do things on my own he dosent understand, him and i have hardley any time to gether alone. i have to rely on him and then he compalins because he seemily says he has to shuoffer me and kids around and listen to me ***** if he would help me he wouldent have to worry about it .any suggestions?

My boyfriend latley made a new addition to our relationship by getting a whining lap dog named Pete. An openly opended, but always underminded, quiet, useless, and knowledgable lapdog. The one that latches onto your leg and instead of biting merely sucks.

And my wonderful boyfriend is greatly attached to this new addition to our happy family. But it's getting very aggrevating and I don't think I can put a smile on my face and look the other way for too much longer.

We don't have the money to go out and do these things.

What do you say? How do you get your boyfirend to TAME the leech thats SUCKING???

Theres something a couple needs, alone time. Im sick of coming home only to find I can walk around the house naked because of Peter. I can't watch a movie, argue with my boyfriend, or just take a night to relax. Im getting sick of it.

She gave me a toolbox for my BD, not romantic, but something that i needed anyway. So when her BD came around this week, I bought her a vacuum cleaner since ours broke 3 days ago. She looked at me like I was a space alien, and walked away. Why am I the bad guy here? How can she be mad at me? She gave me a tool set, so I just returned the favor with something that she needed too. Somehow I am the insensitive A hole, I didn't ask for a tool set, but that's what I got, and I am just happy she remembered my birthday. And happy to get a gift from my wife, apparently...she's gone off the deep end, I'm sleeping on the couch, and the house hasn't been vacuumed since her BD. At least it's quiet, cause she's not talking to me either...What does everyone think of this...Is there a double standard? Does she have a right to be mad at me? Should I apologize? Help...
