This does not sound like a married life..
What can you possibly gain from marriage to a guy behind bars, especially for such a long time..
Be friends and continue to write..
I would not take this relationship any further..

Why would you want to marry someone in prison, whether you have known them or not? Come on, there has to be someone else you can get with.
Stick to being a penpal. Don't do the marriage thing!

I wouldn't marry someone in prison because how can you consider that a marriage. A husband is much more than just a friend.
