Yes you do. That's what happens when you make babies. A lot of people go to school full time and work both--I did. I'm sure this isn't want you want to hear but it is not fair that your ex has to work two jobs to support her and your child and you don't help at all. I know, you pay medical, dental, and optical bills , but there is a lot more to supporting a child than that. Wrap it before you use it next time!

you are in school cause you want to, you had a child and you need to take full responsibility for this child so get off your but and do it. and if you are paying for the med, optical, and dental bills and health insurance. Where are you getting the money if you don't have a job? GET A JOB AND SUPPORT UR KID!!!!
*~*~*~ NOTE:*~*~*
Don't pay child support you go to jail and then she can file for back child support.

How do you pay for anything with no job? I believe if you are a full time student you do not have to pay child support until you graduate unless you are one of those long time students who never plans on getting out of school.

It's a table for calculating the amount of child support.Yes, you should pay. You were grown enough to have sex, you're grown enough to look after your children. Be a man, stand up and take responsibility. Get a part time job or something, put your kids first. That's what should be most important to you.

Yes, you are responsible for bringing your kids into the world, so you must pay child support until they're 18. I wish I could be a full time student, but I have to work to support myself and my family. Full time school is for the rich....)(

Job or no job, you still have to pay child support. If you couldn't afford them, you never should have had them. As a GOOD parent, it's your job to help talk care of your children. Any good father would do whats right.

What a putz!!!! If you didn't want to support your children then you should have not had them. If you aren't working you are still required to pay as you should. Why not get a job? Your ex is working two of them and taking care of the children. I think you should be able to go to school and work. It is time to grow up and be a responsible adult.

I think that you are doing the best that you can and if you get them 100 days out of the year . Then that means that you can pay for them then.
