she has tried everything she can to get him in trouble.she has the kids convienced he is driving 250 miles to make them miserable.they wont talk to him anymore,not even on fathers day.he is sick now and he has to take chemo this new threat of getting locked up because of her accusing him of stalking her.has put a strain on him because sometimes in this country you are guilty until proven inocent.i have never met anyone so cruel in my life.what can he do to help prove his where abouts,will gas receipts help.he can not work right now so he doesn't have co workers.they might not believe me and my son.is there a law against what she is doing.false accusations or something.

You can be accused of anything nowadays but if you can prove he was elsewhere with either receipts or since even video from places he goes to like the stores or even gas stations then he can prove he wasn't stalking her. Also if he has appointments and all that can prove he wasn't at two places at the same time. Just something that is physically hard to prove otherwise. Reciepts can be proven as not enough evidence cause they could say it is yours. So try other methods and stay away from the EX even if it means away from the kids. Take her to court for visitation or something but don't bother her cause it'll only make it worse.

yes he can be charged with decption and other charges which can land her in jail also get your self a lwayer the accusations are impossible especially if you two live in another state,and the fact that he has chemo and is sick is another point on your side i had the exact same thing happen to me and the ex tried to say my finace was stalking her when he was at home with me,it will go away she is very jelouse of you thats why she is doing it
