I'm 13. Do you think that that is too young to have a bf? My parents told me I'm not allowed but i beg to differ. I already have one so they're making me break ^ w/ him and it really suxs. I've gone behind their backs b4 but i got in so... much trouble! No matter what I say, they won't change their minds. Is there anyway that i can obey them and still be happy? Thanks.

What really happened is she lived with her son, she put her money in his name and she was kicked out of the house. She ended up in Houston, sent from friends home to friends home. She has no money now, and no where to live, her SS is $860 month, she lives at a home for learning disabled children, on a cot. When she was turned out of her home with her son she had $200,00. Keep in mind she gave everything over to her son, she tought he would always look after her. My question is where does a woman go who at one time had a wonderful life, now she has nothing. Is there no place, or anything she can do, she doesn't want to sue. She is 88 and has a pacemaker, heart valve, and I don't think she could take it. I just wish there would be some nice place she could live, with like seniors, she is a snap, sweet, and gret lady, has nothing in common with the kids. She says her bed is a cot!

okay so I live with my dad right...well I was never told anything about my mom because she and my dad were only dating when I came along (they were 21) and they broke up. They just never told me anything about her. Now TODAY I was told by my dad that my mom peaced out and now she is remarried with 2 children and I never knew all this. To say I'm angry is an understatement! All of my relatives knew and I'm 16... why couldn't I have been told earlier? I'm not just mad about all this sh*t about my mother but I'm mad about my dad not telling me.

My ex & I have been working on getting back together after a year of being separated. At Christmas time I let her use my car to go see her daughter in Kansas & her mother in Arkansas. Well, she hooked up with an ex of hers in Kansas & her ex gave her $5,000 to buy a car with. She did not tell me anything about the trip, & I found out & confronted her about it & told her that she owed me an explantion. She said she wasn't any good good at words. I walked out of her place & told her that it was the ex or me and we have not spoken for two months. Now she has called me to see if I wanted to go the the Rodeo on Saturday & said that she would understand if I didn't go. I said that I would go. When she comes over to my place to go, should I sit her down & tell her, "now you still owe me an explantion about the trip at Christmas time?" What do all of you think???

Ok.. so the deal is that my older sister is still really good friends with a guy I dated on and off for a few years. Me and the guy eventually didnt work out: mainly do to how he treated me (rude nicknames, never paid me back $$ I lent him, never gave me rides when he had committed to doing so, cheated on me (w several girls, including my sister), and the final straw - he slapped me). He has since moved back to the area, and my sister has chosen to remain one of his best friends despite everything he has done to me. I have told her that it really bothers me, without asking her to not be his friend- Anyways, so now I don't even get to hang out with her bc I refuse to have to hang out w/him... and since they are together alot, I just don't get to see her. We don't talk anymore bc I told her I don't want to here about him, and he is this focal point in her life now, so there isn't much she can tell me that doesn't include him. Do I have a right to feel betrayed by her? How do I deal?

Last term I got 2 A's, 1 C+, and the rest B's. They were miffed about the C+ and kept reminding me about it all term. I've been depressed for a while and they know that, but my marks have gone way down due to not doing homework and I'm afraid they're going to be really mad. I'm gonna get 1 A, 2 B's, and 5 C+'s. One might be a C. How do I explain this and get them to not be mad?

F A M I L Y

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.
He said, "Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you."
We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.
But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.
Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.
When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
"Move out of the way," I said with a frown.
He walked away, his little heart broken.
I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.
While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said,
"While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.
Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You'll find some flowers there by the door.
Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.
He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."
By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.
I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said.
"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"
He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.
I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."
I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."
He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.
I love you anyway."
I said, "Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

FAMILY
Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in
a matter of days.
But the family we left behind will feel the loss
for the rest of their lives.
And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more
into work than into our own family,
an unwise investment indeed,
don't you think?
So what is behind the story?
Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU

My fiancee is hot tempered, bossy, and controlling. My mom is old, grouchy, and controlling. Both of them live with me and are constantly arguing. My mom is my dependent and partially disabled. My fiancee is fed up and says it's time for me to choose: her or my mom. I don't think I'm a momma's boy, but how is it "manly" or "mature" of me to kick my mom out when she is ill and on a fixed income?

Especially when they are my husbands brother and his brothers wife and child. She leaves the house messy all the time, raw meat uncovered in the fridge, washing machine constantly full of wet washing etc etc. She is a housewife and home all day and I work a 60 week then have to come home and clean. We asked her really nicely to "try a bit harder" but nothing's changed. Does any one have any suggestions?

My son's been more than half-time with his dad since I almost died in a car crash. his father never let him cry when I would drop him off after visitation- has never let him show me affection. Now, I've been through illness, and lay-off, and I can see that I'm not as stable, but damn, I've always been there.
Now I live three hours away (soon to be two when they move),
and my car's totally dead.
I'm afraid to call my own son, because he grunts and grumbles and puts me on hold wihtout telling me, when his dad and stepmom are there. Of course, int he few days of vacation he had, we talked for over half an hour quite nicely a couple of times- he told me so much abotu his week, etc...
but with his sports, he has no time to talk to me wihtout them around.
Tjhe mom is a wonderfully empathic erson, a school psych and all. She once stated that our son knows he can call any time he likes- and I know she believes that. But she hasn't been around that long...

Drink water, oh u should go to the gym and nomatter how much I tell her how it make me feel she still do it. I hate her so much. One time she called me a prostitute because I spent most of my time outside, but who would blaim me whou would want to be around someone like her. I am trying to move out and get a good stable job so I wouldnt have to see her every again and trust me I dont. Then she says who is going to live in the house and not to leave when me and my brother get a good job. Please I would be out before you can turn around. I dont like her at all. Please someone I need help.
