I don't but there is nothing wrong with living with your parents even at age 35. However, you may need some personal space.

no one should live with their parent at 35 unless they are in a situation where they have to but they should help as much as they can and leave as soon as they can

God, no. If your parents are ill, invalid or otherwise in need of your assistance...(or YOU are in that situation)...that's one thing, but if you're living there because you lack the motivation to step out of the nest and become a real adult...you really need to get out and find your own place.
It's not just because people think you're a slacker...heck, you may be paying a good amount of rent to your parents...but for your OWN GOOD....you need to have your own space, pay your own bills in your own name...and learn to live on your own because your parents won't always be around to do that for you.

I'm not 35 but if I was and still living in my parents' house I would know that I had failed at life. No offense if you do.

Not exactly.
At 35 - I was finally finishing up college and own the house that my mother lives in.
Not quite as effed up as living at home - but pretty close.

Not me, but I did it until I was 29 and got married. That never interfered with my social life or independence.
Yes. I know it doesn't sound cool, but I was there while I got my U degree, and then helping with some extra income while living affordable. And I am glad I didn't leave before!

Did not but it does not mean it's a bad thing. First of all you could be there to help them more than to help yourself. Also many of us have had set backs that require us to remain at home or to return to our parent's home.
Most people do strive for Independence which means going on there own.
