He had an on and off relationship with her while he was deployed for 8 months. He came home Dec. 15th 06. Saw her for the first time Jan 2nd 07. By Jan 18th she said she was pregnant with his child. She claims she had her period Dec 20th. They had sex on the 2nd of Jan. Now he wants to marry her. This would be my first grandchild if it's true. I have doubts, my son said he does not. I talked to him in confidence about being on the birth certificate and legal obligations. He went and told her, she was very angry with me. I have never met her as I live in,Ny, she lives in S. Carolina and he is stationed in N. Carolina. She is due end of Sept. My son will be out of the Marines end of July. She wants to marry in S. Carolina and have the baby there, then they want to move in with us. I have no problem taking her in, but have doubts about the baby. I don't think either will go for a DNA test .Now my 19 year old wants to date a girl with a 2 month old (not his 4 sure) and play daddy. HELP!!!!

My uncle passed away on Thursday from cancer. We were a very close family and when I was growing up we used to spend loads of times together as my cousin and I are the same age. I am in the process of writing out a sympathy card for my auntie and my head is just shot - I simply cannot find any words of comfort to write to her. I don't just want to write the usual sorry for your loss and thinking of you etc. I would really appreciate any words or versus to help me or any websites.
I don't want to copy them I just need some inspiration so it will help me. I know it must come from the heart and it will I just need a helping hand to get my brain working. Any advice would be gratefully received

My mother in law believes that a daughter in law shouldnt give anything to her own parents as this would equate to stealing. I earn money... I bought a birthday cake for my Husband has we had a little party at the house. There was a lot of cake left over so when my parents were leaving I gave them a slice of cake.

I am in the 'pushed away/reject' group as being a child, and still am. To this day my mom refuses to hug me or show any affection. My father was the same way, he passed some time ago. However, my siblings and nephew and nieces were praised and talked affectionally about.
The reasoning for this raising of mine was because I am not my father's child, and I am born a female, so I was a total mistake. My mom tried to get rid of me while I was still inside her, that's why my face is messed up. Not too messed up, but kind of disfigured. I was repeatedly told I was retarded and other degrading names. I believed it, Even married an ex that treated me the same way, until I met my husband. I graduated college with a 4.0 gpa.
Anywhoo. I have always wondered how does it feel to be loved by your parents?
I am raising a toddler (Grandson) and I love him everyday. He is so happy, when he sees me he squeals and starts waving like crazy. He is my Great Nephew, but we call him Grandson.

He slept with the baby's mom(Amber)who he meet one time at a hotel party and got her preganet. We each have one child from another and we have one child together. I am upset cause after Amber found out that we were having a baby see started a ton of drama including entering our house we we weren't home, going through our personal item and calling the cops on me resulting me getting pulled over and my vechile searched while I was 6 months preganet, with my 3 year old son in the back seat. My problem is that she's a bad mom and she took a break from her son for a year and a half cuase she couldn't haddle him and now she's trying to get him back even though we provide a stable home envioment. He always jumps to her every need. I tell him that his relationship with her really bothers me because she is completely unstable mentally. He's gone to court several times and she trys to pretend to be his friend. He says he hates her. Why does he play games with her or is he playing with me?

My mother signed me up, and paid for, a racquetball class that meets every week for five weeks on Saturdays. She did not ask me if I wanted to be in this class because it was filling up fast and she didn't want to miss a spot. I have no desire to start having my weekends be completely scheduled since my week is already filled with school and student government and the like. Plus, I'm not really interested in racquetball all that much. I told her that I didn't want to do the class since it is in the middle of the only day that I don't have filled up. She is angry because she pent this money, but my argument is that it was a)her mistake to spend the money, not mine and b)a sunk cost and should not be included in my decision making about whether or not I take this class. Any advice? I'm also trying to get a job as a lifeguard, this class would make that hard. Me and another sister are local. Two other sisters and brother are out of town. We have chosen not to put my mother in a nursing home even though she require a lot of care due to brain aneurysm that she had and is now in a wheelchair. My local sister lives with my Mother and does a lot of everyday care. I live real close by and do all maintenance on house, bought a handicap van which has set me back financially, do all financial for both Mom and sister, do some of my mom's care when my sister can't, I figure out what medical needs that she has, I do her meds, I get all the prescriptions filled, etc. I have been set back financially and career wise to be available to help with my mom's care. Recently a letter was sent to out of town sibblings asking them to start paying $200 month on Mom. The feedback I'm getting is that Mom has the money to pay for all her expenses and what we are doing for her we have volunteered or chosen to do and therefore they don't want to help. Not fair.

i am 24 with 2 kids 1 girl and 1 boy both under 3 and i have no license, but i ride my bike everywhere it is my ride. i have a job at 9 $ an hour and i come home and clean the house every day i work swing shift, and have the weekends off. my girlfriend whome i have been with for 5 years and all the kids are ours, works on the weekends and i take care of the kids all weekend its not that i dont like it, but it is getting overwhelming for me and i feel like our relationship is falling apart. we have no free time to do anything, alone or together. i have not heard from anyone that i am doing good and to keep it up. i wish i could hear it more often by the people who are closest to me, but i dont and it hurts and it is harder to deal with everything and be a dad, boyfriend, friend, son, brother, and everything else i am going .... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr why why why???? ok i just wanna know?

I love my mom dearly, but I feel she is very jealous of me. She wasnt supportive of me in high school sports, she always complains when I need to borrow $ (WHICH ISNT THAT OFTEN AND I ALWAYS PAY HER BACK), she has renigged on agreements her and I have made numerous times and she is always 'unavailable' when I tell her I need a big or huge favor. I cater to her every need and I feel every year we are growing further apart... what can I do?

I Have a sister She is 17 and she is TERRIBLE, Yeah she is a teen and she wants expeience with people and to be social but OMG. I mean one Time her Guy Friend called her and asked her if she wanted th "Hang" Out of Course she said yeah, but she had a friend over and she was baby sitting my 6 year old sister. my dad was at work (3rd Shift) and we dont live with our Mom, Any ways my sister's Friend was smart enough to say she wasnt going. So my little Sister is Sleeping in her own room. my 17 Year old left the house with the Boy. Then couple of minutes later 6 year old wakes up The Friend is in 17 year olds room my litltle Sister starts knocking on the door. The Friend started to worry so she called 17 year old Sis, My sister Text meassage her back saying : DONT LET HER IN " My I remind you this is at Night. So Little Sister is Balling out side the door. My dad's about 52 right now and he has always had an anger problem. When I say anger problem I mean like he always snaps and he gets mad really easily. I thought he had gone passed his midlife crisis couple years ago when he went thru bankruptcy and law suits. Our family has been pretty peaceful after that. But 2 days ago he was ok in the morning and afternoon. And at night he fell asleep in my parents room and all of a sudden he woke up and he just start getting really mad. He start slamming doors and just stop talking to us. He slepted in the living room and he doesn't eat. We don't know what's wrong with him. My mom said they didn't have an argument and she said he told her he's just mad at himself. What is wrong with him? it's been 2 days and he's just so angry at the world or something. He lost his company during the bankruptsy so he's a driver now picking up kids at school so he doesnt have a lot of stress.
