my little brother is 12, the hardest time to shop they dont lke toys and not into tools lol but what i did was take my brother to a hockey game, i hate hockey but i knew he wanted to do something with me and did want to go shopping. i also bought him a video game, but the best thing that i thought he liked was just a little time alone with his sister, he loved it
