So, I was finishing a school project on my mom's laptop. I mistakenly opened a Word document entitled "You," instead of my homework, which was similarly titled.

"You" was an angry letter from my mom to my dad. It accused him of various shortcomings that I didn't know existed, including of him being alcoholic. As far as I know, he barely drinks at all.

She was either extremely angry or under PMS. The latter seems unlikely, considering she's 54 and post-menopausal.

I blew "You" away, eradicating it and even running a search for duplicates, before covering my tracks. There were none, but I can't rule out hard copies. It will NEVER see the light of day.

Should I have deleted it?

If somebody in my family, is threatining to kill somebody (His dad) and I don't think he will do it, but just him mentioning,
"I'm going to kill you"
"I wish you were never alive"

This has been normal from him for years.

They will start yelling at me for being mean to my siblings who are a bit younger than I yet my parents wont do anything to stop my siblings from being a real pain. I've tried to tell my parents that my siblings need to be stopped but nothing ever happens.

i have to go to a wake tomarrow and a funeral the next day. I dont know if i can handle it. its for my grandmother and i feel so sad. theres a huge amount of the family i havent seen in a long time and im very nervous. I dont know how to act at the funeral. im way to scared to see my grandmothers face after shes dead and filled with embalming fluid. its just sick to look at that. and the smell in funerals is just nasty. this is going to be HARD and i need help on what i can do?

I am a separated parent with two children, aged 10 and 11. I moved to the North UK to where my own parents live, only to have them move back down South! (Don't think it is because of me... least I hope not!).

This means the children and I are on our own again. I am recovering from cancer and therefore on state benefits. We live in a beautiful area and would dearly love to have our friends (a lone Mum and her 4 children, aged 3 to 12) to visit, but neither our friend nor I can afford the cost of travel to get them here for a holiday. I know there are organisations which help with specific caravan sites and so on, but does anyone know of an organisation which might consider helping us with the cost of travel so that we could all benefit from each others company for a summers break?

Should I be worried ? ...or am I overreacting?
My girlfriend is the sweetest person next to my Mother ....so that is why I am a little weirded out by her(girlfriend) behavior while we were watching the news yesterday about a young father using stun gun several times on his own son.
My girlfriend always helps the disadvantaged.
She helps to save and rehabilitated Innocent abused dogs ....And She volunteers twice a week at the women's shelter.
NO ONE WHO DOES THESE THINGS COULD BE EVIL..?...right?????????

I am 19 years old and had a bf when i was 16 that my grandma did not aprove of because of his age but I am in love with him. Well I told him that once I was of age I would get back with him. Well when I turned 18 we did get back together but broke up because of the stupid rumors people were saying. I have recently met up with him and we talked things out and we want to be together. The only thing that is stopping us is my family and people that know my grandma. If they see us together they will go and tell her and I will more thank likely get in a lot of trouble. We do love each other the only thing is I dont want to keep on having to sneak to see him. My grandma doesnt like him because of when I was seeing him when I was 16. The father of my nephew is coming to visit next week (he lives out of state). I have never met him, but he was verbally abusive to my sister while they were together and since then he got someone else pregnant and has another child. I honestly don't want to meet him, since I know how much heartache he put my sister through and now my sister doesn't want me to tell my family he is coming. I don't want to be rude, but dont want to meet him! any advice?

This is my son first year in high school. He already show natural talent in wrestling. Yesterday I went to his wrestling match, I was shocked to hear how many people were screaming "Animal Mother" when he wrestled.

I asked him what's up with the nick name, he shruged and say they got it from Full Metal Jacket but he had no idea what it mean. He seems to like the nick name and people seems to really respect him.

My husband says something is definitely wrong since the character from the movie who had that nick name wasn't exactly a good man

I'm married and my hubby and I decided that around the holidays we would alternate Christmas between the families(one Xmas at my moms..the next at his,etc.,etc.,) to keep things fair with the mother in laws.My mom's birthday is on Christmas and she says that she WON'T share her Christmas and if we're going to do it this way not to come for Christmas at all.Is she right for doing this?

My b/f's mom thinks that she is trying to make her boss feel good by making my son, who is one years old, believe that our boss & his wife is his grandma & grandpa, when there is no relation to me with the boss or the wife. Is this right for her to have her grandson think our boss is his grandpa especially since this only a temporary job. I told my b/f about it and he thinks that it is wrong for his mom to refer our boss as grandpa, since my son has a biological grandpa who is my son's dad's dad. And is it my place to tell her what she is doind is wrong or should my b/f be the one to tell her? Because everytime I tell her something she is doing wrong with my son she gets offended and hurt. She is a good person, but I think she is hurting herself and her grandson because he doesn't see her as grandma but as "babci" which means grandma in Polish, but my son doesn't know that because we call just her grandma and he doesn't know "babci" means that. Can someone please help me out?

my parents, are always yelling at me about not know how to drive, or cook, or anything like that, im only 16...if i ask my mom if i can drive with her in here car she starts screaming and doesnt let me do it not even in a parking lot, every time i go into the kitchen to teach MYSELF how to cook she yells at me and says to put everything away! but if i ask her, she says shes too tired or she doesnt have time...and the funny thing is , is that she doesnt even work of have a job, i want to learn how to cook for my boyfriend and my self and i want to start driving, but she wont even give me a chance to learn anything or teach me anything!!, but she is always telling me that im irresponsible!!!
