my parents, are always yelling at me about not know how to drive, or cook, or anything like that, im only 16...if i ask my mom if i can drive with her in here car she starts screaming and doesnt let me do it not even in a parking lot, every time i go into the kitchen to teach MYSELF how to cook she yells at me and says to put everything away! but if i ask her, she says shes too tired or she doesnt have time...and the funny thing is , is that she doesnt even work of have a job, i want to learn how to cook for my boyfriend and my self and i want to start driving, but she wont even give me a chance to learn anything or teach me anything!!, but she is always telling me that im irresponsible!!! WTF should i say to her this crap is driving me crazy@!!

it sounds like she is having a hard time getting used to you being independent.
try sitting her down and camly telling her the reasons behind your trying to learn new things. if she doesn't get any better about it, try to find another adult, or a family member to help you.
