For three years now I have had complaints from teachers that my son disrupts their class. He "speaks out when he shouldnt" is the problem.

To make a long story as short as I can, his first teacher simply sat him off to the side of the room for 6 months. I had no idea she did this. This really did a number on his self esteem and started the problem.

Next year (grade 2) same thing. This teacher "couldn't cope" with him. She would yell, kick him out of the room every day, and again had him off to the corner. My son started getting stomach problems and did not want to go to school. So again to cut to the chase I spent every day almost monitoring him, going to the school watching from the sidelines how he played with others, getting him tested psychologically (he is GIFTED). His class is a very rough group always fighting physically. My son has no problem anywhere else (boy scouts/sport teams/camp) so why is this happening at school?

My dad breaths real heavy, wears a big black cape, and says that he wants to turn me over to some Emperor.

Obviously it will affect the people you know, but the bus you used to take will continue its route, and the flowers you planted will keep growing, as if nothing has happened.

I don’t think I’ll be here long because I’m planning to go back to college. I’m generally a very social person, and I love hanging with friends. But I don’t know what’s up with me lately, I’ve pretty much gone into hiding. I really haven’t seen many interesting looking people and I know I should try and get out and at least TRY to meet people (wow that was repetitive but I’m tired and don’t care haha). It’s like I just don’t care..Like I can just live doing nothing with people for a while and yeah...which is crazy, being me..I always have to be doing something...anyway back to the point- should I make myself be a normal person and get off the phone with my friends (that’s what I do- talk on my cell to wonderful people I know :) ) And make myself meet people and stop being a depressed little loser? or just get past this time & not have to think of being around a bunch of rich little small town snobs? (where i'm living is a pretty wealthy area) can i hear myself? I think i'm depressed :)

I told her she is not old enough to have a boyfriend. How do I keep the relationship from getting out of hand without pushing her into being with him just to rebel against me?

my mom and i had an arguement about how i always see my dad and never visit her. she likes to yell alot, so i like to limit my visits there. well she told me today that shes taking me off of her will because i dont deserve anything from her and that shes putting an extra lock on her door so i cant get in. i live on my own, work full time overnight at a hospital pharmacy and go to school. i dont do drugs, im a pretty good student, do i really deserve this? i was thinking about apolegising just so i dont have a bad relationship with my mom. i know this problem isnt as bad as others ive seen on yahoo answers, but this situation has made me cry for hours and made me feel really guilty, which is probably what she was trying to do.

My husband had a child with another woman, but he has doubts. Sounds typical right? no. he loves this child and wants so very bad for him to be his son, at the same time, the child has a diff blood type than both parents, a different hair color and eye color... the boy is tow headed and blue eyed, both parents and their families are all brown hair brown eyed... It is something that my husband agonizes over, and she does use my step son as emotional blackmail to try to get him to come back. She dangels visitation and other fatherly priviledges in front of him to try to lure him to her house and back to her. It's sad, and I feel so sorry for this little boy, he deserves so much better. My husband knows he should find out and make a decision from there, but he's scared to find him not his son afterall. I'd really appreciate feedback, as I've been considering getting a home collection kit and doing it without his knowledge. His heartbreak is mine.

In Milwaukee this past weekend a dozen people, including six juveniles, are charged in the sexual assual case of an 11-year-old girl. Authorities say she had sex with as many as 20 people while a 16-year-old girl coached her.''

Two more boys, aged 13 and 15 were charged with being party to first-degree sexual assault of a child. Six adults also have been charged in the case, Police were still looking for two more people.

A 13-year-old boy said others encouraged him to have oral sex with the girl.

Looks as though life in the fast lane is moving even faster. Hard to imagine what other adults were doing while this was going on. The ones that were not involved that is.
What is this world coming to?
No more kissie kissie huggie huggie

Parents, Watch your VERY young daughters.
AND your VERY YOUNG sons.
