Lots of things! I was sexually abused at age 3. My Mother was very, very depressed when I was growing up and I don't remember ever having a talk with her, no affection and no attention from her. She died when I was 14. My father was mostly just angry so I didn't have a relationship with him. After my Mother died I had to go live with my sister (who abandoned her 5 children) and her boyfriend (both alcoholics), she was physically and verbally abusive, he was physically and sexually abusive. My first husband was physically abusive. I was raped....Please don't misunderstand me...i'm not whining! Of course i'm not saying any of this was good but it did all make me the person I am today and i'm not a bad person. Thank God I didn't turn out like my family! I went thro' some really rough years but got it together and adopted 2 handicapped children. They are truly a gift from God! I'm not angry about the things that happened to me but I am hurt and can't understand why people seem to get so much enjoyment from hurting others and why some of us are such easy targets....What we are is our parents fault, if we stay that way it's ours.

if only i didnt leave home 2 work in this boring country, im sure my life wud b less complicated
but think of it, i wont b as responsible as i am ryt now...
