where i basically took whatever crumbs this fella would offer me. And in the process, I hurt my family and friends becos of the bad choice. (Lied to them just to be with him etc) But now, I really want to be a good daughter to my parents and win back their trust. Can i do it?

Yes you can. We all could make mistakes by being blind by a situation or person. Then we wake up and see the truth that everyone else saw. Apologize to family and friends if you must and realize you are only human and we all make mistakes.
