It has come to my attention that most people on yahoo answers use an avatar... has this world come to a bunch of cartoon characters? Has everyone lost their real face? What is wrong with this world? Please people, use a pic, we don't care if you are ugly, pretty, fat or skinny, it is great to see who we are talking to.

He wanted me to be a hunter...a fisherman...like himself. But I'm not him, I have my own interests. He's never played a single game with me...I don't think he understands why games are fun. If I had a son, I would at least show some interest in what he enjoys.

We have been separated for about 7yrs and he is remarried with a 8 month old little boy. We also have a son together and biologically he is not his. He feels it necessary to tell him now at age 11yrs old, and keep in mind he spends 2 maybe 3 days out of the month with him. Our son had a hard time adapting to the separation and has not been the same, I am here 24-7 and see his emotional state and he is not ready to have this conversation mentally or emotionally. I would really appreciate input and your suggestions on this situation, I really don’t know how to make my X understand.. Thank you so much!

im 18 and married to a Marine. my mother has a problem with alcohol and therefore is unstable. the neighborhood they live in is full of gangs and my brother is bound to get caught up in it. im moving to california in november and i would like to take him with me, legally that is.

Who's looking forward to the kids going back to school. and who isn't? Personally I'm not! I only have a 12 year old in school this year , my older son just graduated. I like it better when the kids are home.Packing lunches and checking homework, P.T. A Meetings UGGGH! I 'm with the kids, on this one! I wish summer vacation was longer too!LOL!

He is a total neat freak and ALWAYS has some project to do around the house instead of just hanging out with our 13 month old son and I. He's constantly outside doing something, for the last two weekends he has been doing projects in the yard all day, and if we want to spend any time with him we have to go outside and practically follow him around.
He wonders why our son is a total "Mama's Boy" and gets annoyed at it. I tell him he has to make time for us if he wants the baby to comefortable around him.
How do I make him see that there is no time like the present, and by the way, I'm having another baby boy in January, at which time I will especially need more attention from him!

I'm moving back in with my mom and I hadn't been to my dad's in 2 months...well while i was with my mom, my brother was telling my dad, step-mom and step-sister everything i had told him about how they treated me and what i thought of them....he even said that i was the only one saying stuff when he said more mean things then i did...then my dad made me go to his house to talk about it and i got in trouble for everything my brother had said and my step-sister wouldnt even look at me for the longest time....

I love it when it rains, I love thunder that shakes the house. Not very many people do. My mom always calls "Are you okay? Did you hear that thunder?"
I always want to call her and scream, "did it scare you"?
Maybe I'm being messed up but why not enjoy nature instead of being afraid of it? Boo.

I am 31 yrs. old, married and have five kids. (10, 8, 6, 5, and 5 months). If things don't go my kids way they whine to grandma, or if she doesn't think I'm doing things the right way she's always telling me how to do it differently.
She wants me to divorce my husband cause she doesn't like him. She doesn't like how I have my kids situated in their rooms.
She doesn't like how I spend my money. I shouldn't do this, I shouldn't do that? How do I get her to stop with her annoying interferance all the time?
Why do my kids think whining to her is going to make things better?

ok so i dispite all of your help i ididnt have to tell her that i was molesteed because she found out because she read my diary. i dont know why she was doing it but she did and she found out i cut and now its like she wont talk to me really and i dont know how to approach her , i mean i love my mom but i want her to think im crazy .
