My stepgrandad was dying recently and I spent 2 days by his bedside, with others from my dads family. This is part of my family that I did not see much when growing-up, because my Mum wouldnt let us have contact with my dad nor them. My Grandmother and step-grandad brought us up for 1 year when we were little. I thought that I would let her know what I have been doing, because once she was close to my dads family when they were happily married. Boy I was wrong, she went ballistic, saying bringing up all sorts of stuff ie I dont give my stepdad a fathers day card (hes 10 years older than me), nor do my kids give him a card as grandad, but my sister in law does!! Plus I never visited him in hospital when he nearly 'died', last year, but he wasnt that ill (he had a bite that turned into cellulitis on his leg), plus my car had blown up and I never had transport at the time. She said that I need psychological help. But now I have lost my stepgrandad and my Mum is not talking to me.

the problem is, she needs me to do everything for her, and get everything at the store, etc, which, I donot mind at all, but, she isn't very nice to me.
For example, she gave me a list of 12 things and I got 2 of the wrong items, and she said in her nasty NY accent(I have nothing against NY'ers)"I guess you'll have two things you're taking back"
I'm so bitter and angry at her, I hate to do anything for her. Anyone in my situation?

I have never met him and i am at least wanting to know if he wants to see me. Im 23 years old now. I know he used to live in New Jersey and is supposed to be married now. I would appreciate any help in finding him i have one child now and another one due in august. I would at least like him to know hes a grandfather.

My dad and I had a falling, over 4 plates, out so I moved out of the house, and Now in the process of getting my own place. My mother who is dying of cancer, is playing the guilt trip card to get me to move back in, why should I do this and when I am so close to getting my own place? It isn't like she doesn't know this. Do parents make their kids mad intentionally?

I have a full time first shift job,married, children. I come home to house work normal for having a family but by the end of the day I just am to tired and stressed to want sex. Is that wrong. It is not that I do not find my husband attractive or that I do not have the erge, but I am just so worn out. At my job I am on my feet and moving 7.5 hours and lift heavy stuff constanly.
I use what energy I do have to do house work and take care of our children. Am I wrong?

my daughter has been very naughtly in school today fighting and swearing at other kids!

i want to punish her and send her to her bedroom for night(which is not too bad as she has a computers and sky tv in her bedroom)

but her mum wants her to go to her weekly dancing lessons then send her to bed when she gets home.

this may sound very childish but who is giving the right punishment?

i have 2 girls which are not his, but he decides there punisment and then demands i go shopping for his tea. while looking after our son. and he soaks in the bath. then says i am wrong as i take other kids dancing with my kids. but it is in my nature to be kind to others. do you agree he is a prick

we just moved and don't have a lot of money to play with. whats some things i can do that will really make him smile that won't cost much or anything at all.
