my family!!! They r always behaving nasty with each other and always building up conspiracies against each other(specially my grand-mother)!!!
I am sick of it and i wanna live a simple life... without fights everyday and all that! U no just b pure at heart and all that!!!!! WHAT 2 DO?

A couple of times in my life, I faced grave crises - both financial and emotional. I turned to my only family in the country, my brother who is a wealthy doctor. He gave me very little aid and made me feel like everything was my fault and that I did not deserve better. I get the impression that he thinks I won't have much of a future. Whenever I talk to him, he never fails to make me feel like a pathetic loser. Instead, it was my friends and my fiance who rallied around me and gave me support and encouragement. They made sure that I kept my head above the water during my unfortunate times. They know that my brother just makes me feel bad and insecure, so they have strongly suggested that I stop communicating with him for my own good. They are so disgusted with how my brother treats me. I am confused. My brother is family. Is it a sacred rule that relationships between family should never be cut? Or should I consider my fiance's and friends' advice to never talk to him again?

and our family have dicovered that she is having a relationship with a 22 yr old bloke she claimed at first he was just a friend of a friends brother Which I found 2 be a bit odd cos when I was 22 I seemed 2 remember friends little sisters were a pain in the a**** now her friends mother has told my sister that she is dating this bloke my bro in law is all 4 going and giving him a good larruping as I would ! but I really don,t want my bro in law getting himself in trouble over this bloke until he finds out 4 sure but my niece will not speak 2 him about it ..................what would you out there do ? any one that has a bit of experiance in this sort of dilema please help from opinions from both sides please thanx

im 19, still living at home and they make me commute to college, which is 110 miles away, everday. i still cant date anyone and they expect me to find someone and get married, but i cant leave the house. im the oldest girl in an ALL portuguese family. its kinda like a My Big Fat Greek Wedding deal. help me.. please.

my mother has always favored the two boys, now that she is 82 and needs to be close to family, she choose to come live close to me and my sister, we are expected to wait on her, yet the two boys refuse to do any help, yet are still favored when they come to visit.

plan for when I turn 18? When I finally get that age I'll be in my senior year of high school.
I have an option of living at home another year or getting my own place. What do you think?
And what would be a good cheap college to go to that would be affordable? What are some scholarships that I could get before it grows to late?

Hey.. Im 14 turning 15 in august. I usually hang around a lot of males.. not anything u know love related but i relate to guys better that girls because females usually bring drama. My mom is extremely over protective so i dont really discuss with her my social life. If start talking to a guy on the phone she automatically assumes that there is something going on. I want her to trust me.. I dont want her to thinki would mess myself up like that. How should I tell her that without saying BACK OFF? thnx sooo much

We have been 2gether 22 yrs. raised 3 grown, well educated and productive children. Then suddenly in the last 3 yrs. he just stopped working. He got fired from the post office for not turning in paperwork he was supposed to. While I have always been the more responsible one, that was ok (retired receptionist, now disable}
because we both contributed to our future. Now he has stopped and looks to me for everything. I have a small income and I don't understand his logic. Even our kids are becomimg annoyed because he constantly ask them for things also. Has anyone gone thru a similiar situation as this? Could this be a midlife crisis? I am getting very tired of trying to make ends meet, and it doesn't seem to faze him at all.

My son is 13 now, and he DOES NOT want to go back to his dads (he has felt this way for a while now), and we have split custody, and he has the 51%, so he has more control. He does not want my son to live with me. He is a very controlling man, and gets off to controlling our son. I know that I can get a lawyer to help with this, but I do not have the $3000.00. Someone said that a paralegal would be cheaper, but the courts said that that would be illegal, because they are not a lawyer yet. Also, if the father would agree to the changes of child custody papers, then it would easy for me to file the petition myself, and go to court, and just have the judge sign the right papers. BUT, his dad will fight this till the very end, he does not like to lose control. Can anyone please help?
Legal Aid will not help me, cause we were never married, and there are no lawyers that do probono on this matter, I have checked every lawyer in phone book, and they all want 3-4 thousand upfront. Help!

okay i am 11 and my brother is 18 and he gets whatever he wants and my mom does not no how i feel sumtimes and i dont no how to tell her i feel like i am being left out of my own family. he gets a $200 fone and i get a $ 30 fone he getz a pair of etnies that r $ 70 and i get a pair of $10 shoes and i feel unluved sumtimes but i no my mom luvs me with all of her heart she just does not show it that much
