When my son was about 2 he put a peanut butter sandwich in my mothers VCR because he had seen a kid do it on TV. Unlike on TV, it doesn't just slide back out. My daughter decided to decorate all her toys and walls with a sharpie her daddy gave her to draw with when she was 3. They're teenagers now so its fun to tell the stories.

OMG where do i start
When my daughter was about 5 she climbed in the pantry & the shelf fell down onto the cooking spray with no lid on it & it went all through the stuff in the pantry & also smashed my dinner set in there so there was broken china covered in cooking oil spray, all through the pantry & over the floor & took forever to clean up & lots of paper hand towel later. But everything was so slimy from the cooking oil.But i looked on the bright side & at least my pantry got a good clean out

When my daughter was 18 months old her brother was 9 months old. One afternoon halfway through naptime (they slept in the same room in different cribs) I could smell poopie. I went to check on them and found both children with diapers off fingerpainting everything within reach including themselves with poopie. That was a BIG mess...its funny now 20 years later but at the time I was 4 months pregnant, sick and just wanted to cry!!!!

My son (then about age 3, I guess) was downstairs in the kitchen when I smelled something funny.
He had squeezed a whole bottle of ketchup (a big bottle) all over the kitchen table. It was coverrrrrred and was dripping down all the sides onto the floor and the chairs.
It looked like a slaughterhouse!! And the smell........ took weeks to get rid of it.

We have 4 year old twin boys and they wanted to make breakfast for mommy and daddy. So, they carefully took the eggs out of the refrigerator and cracked them on the floor. They then grabbed the bottle of ketchup and squirted it on top of the eggs and for added to taste, they poured kitchen cleanser on top and were stirring it in a circle. Talk about a MESS!!!!!!!!

When my 10 yr old was just old enough to stand up. I heard him in his crib crying so I went to check on him. OOHHH!! he had removed his diaper (which was obviously LOADED) and smeared it all over the wall, crib, sheets, himself (with a small pile on his head), and had thrown it elsewhere. What an awful mess to clean up.....
My 8 year old go into my beads and art supplies and had billions of beads in the carpet.

so many big messy but the most creative... one day they asked for their sled when i asked why they said to play in the snow.(in august). They had taken one those giant amusement park animals and broke it open and spread all over their room. "look mommy we made it snow" It was so bad I had to completely empty their room to get it out of the Connors and from under the bed and dressers.
