I cannot decide between two couples who my fiance and I would like to be our daughter's godparents. My brother and sister-inlaw live far away, but are both very good, responsible people (in their 30's) who we would want to raise our daughter should anything happen to us. The other couple is my fiance's brother and his long-time girlfriend. They are young (23), but are very mature and responsible people who I could see being very good parents to our daughter should anything happen to us. They live closeby (though not living with each other). My bro. and sis-inlaw just had a baby of their own and have said that they will probably not be able to afford to come out here for a baptism for a long time. The younger couple spends time with our daughter and are very good with her. Both couples are willing to be our daughter's godparents. What do you think about 2 sets of gps?

i am not middle class or high class and cannot afford adoption or going to a sperm bank or atificial insemenation...and was wondering would it be wrong to ask someone if they would donate thier sperm?....i mean i could pay someone but not like hundreds or thousands of dollars!

how would you go about asking a certain person to do something like that?

My step dad wants to adopt me so that means i have to change my name but i dont want 2 because ppl know me by my real nameso i dont want to change it but if i dont and something happpens 2 my mom then i will have to go live with my real dad and i dont want 2 so should i change my name or not?

My daughter is five years old nad she does have my husband (who's been there for her since birth) as a male role model. Her "real" dad has been known to use drugs off and on and I know he is a convicted felon who is currently on probation. On top of that he has never paid a dime. He has set up two visits both of which he was no show. My daughter gets hurt and let down when he doesn't show up or call her. I just don't want her to ever think I kept her from him. Please help!

We have a teenager who has been running away for the last several months. We file police reports, and pick her up a week later after she is located. She comes home, eats, sleeps, showers, kicks back for about a week.Then she goes out and parties, doesnt come home during curfew, she totally distrespects our home and rules. Its to the point she doesn't care about consequences or authority. We are seeing a family therapist, she has never been arrested.

I don't want to wait until she is IN THE SYSTEM before the county helps her!!!! Why is it that teens can not get help until the comitt a felony? (were in Santa Clara County) How can we get help NOW before she is arrested!
We don't have the money for boot camp. She can not be emancipated because she doesnt have a job.

What can we do to help her and both of her family's be able to rest
