i would love to have im if i was allowed to. my parents wont let me have it just b/c they think it has to be downloded. does it have to be downloaded? is it free? tell me anything you know about it.

Well, yes it has to be downloaded, but it is free of charge. If you have a yahoo account, you can use a LITE version that is on the messenger web page. You don't actually have to have the program on to use it.
