he wants your attention,that's way he's annoying u ,take a little time one day ,spend some time with him off and on,let him know u need your space.and maybe u well spend more time with him,if that's what u want to do.

Not sure what the specific situation is, but very often people annoy because they enjoy the reaction they get. If you ignore the provocation (what they do to annoy you, that is) and pretend you aren't annoyed, they often lose interest and stop.

Tell your parents, I had older siblings and they use to pick, I took care of that quick and it stopped.

tease him about his girlfriend! (or the fact that he doesnt have one is even better) pour a bottle of cold water on his head! kick him in the knee

You could try having a family meeting and making your complaints known that way. DON'T talk about it when he is doing it or you're angry.

Well, it depends on what he is doing...if he is being just annoying, pretend you dont care, and he will stop. otherwise...im 14 and i dont know.

go into his room at night and put his hand in hot water so he pees the bed, then tell people. or kick him in the balls
