my sister is making them this gorgeous family scrapbook album. not to be in competition with my sister, but i just dont want to give them a crappy gift.
what is a great gift to get them that they will love just as much as her album?

Alrighty.We all know how grandparents love food.
First,I suggest you ask them what their favorite food is.
If you already know,the better!You wont be giving your plan away at all.
Next,tell them you love them alot.That is always the best gift anyone can give to their grandparents.
Then,you need to begin making them their anniversary meal.
It can be anything you want it to be.
Last,tell them you have a surprise for them.Be sure they have been out,so you could get it ready.
*Tell them you love them alot,and that you appriciate them in everyway.
*Tell them "Happy Anniversary."
*Let them eat.

Try to find out what they did for their first date and try to re-create it. If they went to a particluar restaurant or type of restaurant get them a gift certificate and if they went to a movie afterwards get them movie passes and explain in the card the meaning of the gift.

Buy as many as greeting cards as u can ,don't mention ur name and post them.This will be a nicesiest surprise for them.
I did this couple of months ago,they where really surprised and they told ''see how many of them had known our anniversary''.

See if you can get a copy of their wedding photo and have it made into an oil painting. May be spendy but very sentimental.
