Does your bro.. have a job..???? If so lend him some of the money you have and wait for your stuff..providing you know he'll pay you back...
If he doesn't work or you know he'll stiff you on the money...tell him to pound sand and get a job....

Insertions???? What the heck are you talking about. Is your brother not able to work? Is he starving and homeless or does he just "need" the money because he wastes his? This answer definitely depends on what your "insertions" are!!!!!

if it's to the point where your brother is stealing for food, then i would definitely help. if it's to buy stupid things that he can honestly live without( and game boy and weed, or alcohol and ciggies, whatever the case may be) i wouldn't do it
